Spendless Shoes

Honestly, i have always gone into this store with amazing customer service, however, two ladies working today weren’t the best. Having conversations whilst customers in store is very uncomfortable without helping to the best of their ability. I purchased some shoes, and asked if they had any newly boxed ones. She just checked the top shelf, saying “no we don’t, is that okay”. To me I’m not too fussed, but not even an offer of a discount? I know everyone has a bad day, or they aren’t feeling the best, but please, be better with the customer service.

My husband and I took my 89 year old stepfather Harry to the Spendless Shoe store at Southport Australia
Fair today mid morning for some new shoes and slippers. The wonderful caring lady behind the counter could not do enough to help Harry by firstly making sure he was comfortable sitting down and showing him the different shoes and slippers. With so much patience and attention that she showed Harry, by trying on and helping him fit the shoes and slippers he was a very happy man. When we went to the checkout, we also purchased 6 pair of socks and 4 pair of inner soles for his older shoes.

An experience like we had today is very rare these days and it was a pleasure to be attended to by a dedicated sales lady by the name of KELLY.
