I want to shout out to the wonderful lady who worked at the hyperdome store on May 6th 2021 in the morning - I was off to a funeral when my shoe broke and this lovely lady was super speedy and extremely helpful with my trying on, sizing and the purchase. I literally had 5 minutes spare and because of her skill and sweet nature - I was back in my car within 4 minutes.
I didn’t get her name but her kind heart and dedication to customer service will always remain with me.
Mae was friendly and helpful in assisting us. Will definitely come back again.
Had to return the kids school shoes I bought because of terrible sewing mistakes and excessive glue marks on them. Shop assistant was pleasant and helpful with the exchange.
Totally annoyed I have this. I walked past the damn shop, I didn't go in, I didnt buy anything, and I get this - asking for a review. I am not interested in reviewing any shop or anybody. Talk about intrusion.
