Spendless Shoes

I was looking for some guidance for shoes and was so indecisive. Till Jess show up and kindly run throughout the possibilities with me. Thanks Jess for the amazing customer service! Now I can travel with comfy shoes! Five stars to Jess! ️️️️️

New Manger’s extremely unprofessional, rude and lacks accountability. She needs better customer service. I ended up buying elsewhere.

Customers don’t need to know about the stores ex-manager. Only wanted to buy shoes for my children with out all her ranting about mismatched stock.

Lost herself 2x sales. What a shame.

I bought school shoes for my 3 kids 2 months ago and all the shoes' bottom parts fell apart. Horrible quality and the price is too expensive for this quality. I bought $19 Kmart shoes last year and they lasted 1 year. I would suggest don’t spend 1 dollar even, my kids were very upset.

Luvly customer service there.
Plenty of different styles of shoes to choose from.

I want to give a big shout out to Bella who was working the store Saturday on her own. Bella gave great customer service. I was after a specific shoe, she knew exactly where they were and when she didn't have what I needed in stock she didn't hesitate to retain the sale in the Spendless brand by asking where I lived and diligently checked the closest stores for stock. She called Cannon Hill and arranged the last pair to be put on hold for me. While she served a few people whilst I waited she was helpful and engaging with every sale. Really impressed with her care for her job and it certainly made stressful Christmas shopping so much easier. Pat yourself on the back Bella, you deserve it.

Didn't get the shoe size I wanted unless I travelled to another store, but the service was good

The employee Evie was amazing! Knew exactly what would suit me and where to find it! She's very fashionable and lovely.
I bought the gel insoles, bit expensive but did improve the comfort of the shoes (which I need for work so extra comfort is worth the price).

As an owner of stores in the past I could not believe the outstanding service I got from Abigail. She was so pleasant, helpful, engaging and certainly knew her product.
The store seemed fairly busy and she was solely dealing very capably with everyone.
Only 23 years old. Her maturity seemed way above her years. What an asset she must be to this company. Could not recommended her highly enough. Thank you Abigail and I hope you achieve all your goals.

I can't fit any of the shoes being a ridiculous size 12! BUT have given 5 stars just for the amazing lady that tried her best to assist me! She was soo friendly and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me to find a style I could fit. What an asset she is!

Had my four children fitted for shoes here and was given a great service and walked out with quality footwear for less than I expected compared to prices in other shoe stores nearby.
The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Unhappy was never open at the specified opening times and waited over an hour and still no show
