7Customer “assistant” with no customer skills. On asking for a shoe size and showing her the shoe I needed the match for she pointed at a rack, floor to ceiling level, of shoes in boxes and said it will be somewhere over there! I walked out without buying as it’s normal for the assistant to find a matching shoe in any previous shoe buying experiences I’ve had. Go elsewhere …
Lady working at chermside working at 3: 15pm (Friday 22nd Sept) sprayed the detergent while my 8year old brother was seating next to the seats waiting for me to try on shoes. Very rude and no customer service. Cleaning spray almost went to our eyes as she sprayed directly and very close.
Ordered shoes on line and went in to collect them. Nice and easy and none too expensive. Would recommend.

Lots of shoes at reasonable prices. The store is easy to navigate and find shoes as they are displayed in the isles under the different sizes.

Very poor service. No one came and assisted me in helping finding a pair of shoes in a pretty quiet store. Both shop assistants were chatting at the register and continued to while serving me. Wouldnt return again.
