When I had hesitation on the size of these shoes when I bought them, Courtney, the sales person at the time said, wear them and use the gel heel grips she upsold me and see if those are comfortable. She also said if not, as long as there isn’t a significant sign of wear on them, you can return them.

I went to return them Belinda told me they can’t accept it. I wore them once, per advisement of the salesperson and now they aren’t able to take it back.

I’m very disappointed in this customer service and I feel that I have been lied to by their representative. Try to avoid believing anything they say just to get you to purchase their items. I’m appalled by this behavior.
