Arrived at the door at 5: 27pm for a last minute shopping for my 10 years old daughter’s swimming carnival next day, as I have checked their closing time is 5: 30pm. The tall lady really felt annoyed by me, she came out and told me we are closing in 30 seconds anyway and did a really nasty eyeballing on me even though I said sorry. Wow, first time had this kind of shopping experience, shocking!

Rude and inattentive staff. There were three at the counter- blocking the change rooms. Certainly no interaction or check in to see if you need anything or help. It did not feel like a space I’d want to bother them by trying something on.

I have an autistic daughter who really struggles with different materials of swimwear on her body but this speedo suit works wonders.she feels so comfortable in this brand and i had an amazing experience with staff at this specific store.

They wouldn't let me change my swimming glasses which is leaking, and I was treated very rudely.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only swim wear that lasts long if you swim frequently.

1st great gear great price… that’s a given.
2nd talk to Melinda working there. Look after us not like a person that wants to sell you stuff.but like someone that want you to become the best swimmer and wishing the best for you. Very human and genuine experience. Thanks again
