Went there on Sunday to get my glasses temporarily fixed very good customer service and very helpful

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable stuff. I am satisfied I thankful to everyone in the Pacific Fair store.

You'll go once because it seems like a great deal.
Then you'll get the glasses and realise something is wrong.
You'll go to another optometrist and they'll ask where you got them from.
And they always say 'should have not gone to Specsavers'.
No joke, the type of bifocals they use are 40 YEARS OLD!

Really easy to book through the website. Even when I turned up early I was seen straight away. Friendly and efficient staff.

The service received @ SS - Pacific Fair Broadbeach Gold Coast was very friendly and professional.
I have been a client here for several years and recommend the SS as a supplier of large, selected range of eye wear. SS have a team of trained specialists to advise on condition of eyes tested on the latest technology.

While visiting the Gold Coast on holiday from New Zealand I ripped my monthly contacts. Specsavers were beyond helpful and provided a 5 day set of daily contacts for free. Fantastic service!

Respectful and friendly staff. I didn't need new glasses as my eyesight had not changed. I was not pressed into buying new glasses.

All of the staff are absolutely amazing here but Celine the optometrist always goes above and beyond. I came for an eye check up in August 2022, Celine found holes in both retinas and referred me immediately to have it fixed. Since then I have been having regular check ups and she has been extremely helpful with managing my vision and everything else in between. Wouldn’t go to anybody else:)

Very professional and friendly staff. When I went into the store to take a look at the frames available, the staff were more than happy to guide me through the many options available and gave very helpful suggestions. It was a most pleasant experience!

Went here with my wife to get some new glasses for her. We were looked after by Libby who was just magic to deal with. Libby was friendly, helpful + and very knowledgeable too. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from the Pacific Fair store at Broadbeach Qld store. The staff were tremendous in helping me with my purchase. There care & expertise was second to none. I will definitely go back for my next set of glasses & will recommend them to my friends & family.

My husband was shopping for a new pair of glasses at pacific fair while we were on holiday & were served by a libbie who was very helpfull & friendly! We chose the frames & libbie gave us a great price! Almost half price compared to nz with the current deal they had running, however we needed to get my prescription details emailed from specsavers in christchurch before ordering the lense's!
We were told it could take aprox 4 weeks depending on shipping to NZ but got them in 3 weeks.excellent service & excellent price I will be back.

Missed one screw on my sunglasses. Walked into this store randomly. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Fixed it in 2mins and free! Highly recommended

My experience has shown Specsavers to be unique - whatever store you visit. Today I 'm having a rave about Pacific Fair. Getting new glasses used to be as much fun as an Elephant standing on your foot: boring and not really enjoyable.
Specsavers have turned that idea on its head (where it belongs).
Staff - no long faces. Knowledge - professional. Attitude - they are there to help. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD THIS QUALITY OF SERVICE from them. From two ladies in particular. One of the ladies I won't name was a 'learning' sweetheart.and being a bit panicky with time - I was not very tolerant - and yet SHE was the one that found the unfindable glasses design I wanted. Now we come the the lady that MUST be named. Zoe. The personification of my perfect employee. A genuinely lovely person, knowledgeable, competent and focused on her purpose to make sales while helping at the same time - without becoming impatient with me. Zoe, you were never guilty of the cardinal sin.of treating me with less regard as anyone else merely because I am old. Those of us that are victims of Ageism - go to Specsavers or should that be Respectsavers?

After spending time choosing and with very helpful staff ordered my glasses. 10 days later they arrived but wrong frames for one and the other had wrong lenses in them. Had to do it all again n picked up 10 days later. The converse frames used for my reading glasses should not be in their range, absolutely awful quality click with plastic noise when I go to wear. Very disappointed.
Can't wear them, they feel like they're children's glasses
So looks like I'll continue using my old glasses even though my eyes needed the change in lenses.

Teliah made this experience absolutely amazing! She was kind, immediately helped me when I walked in the door and went that extra mile. From beginning to end she made sure I was looked after. It was like being taken care of by a friend! 10/10
