I highly recommend SpecSavers at Sunnybank. They provide high quality and consistent customer service.
Today my whole family went to Sunnybank plaza’s Specsavers and a staff member named Shan was very helpful and friendly while helping us organising an appointment, finishing our eye tests and picking out our glasses. She was also a very efficient worker and respected all her customers and fellow staff members. The optometrist was also very friendly, helpful and respectful when she was helping us test our vision. I highly recommend going to the Sunnybank plaza’s Specsavers shop.
The lady (Shan) was incredibly nice and was super welcoming! She explained all the questions we asked (we came as a family) and even went in depth on the prices + prescriptions. She never rushed us and gave good advice to any of our concerns! We hope to see her when we come again
Due to the language barrier, it was extremely difficult for me to buy glasses or get glasses. Fortunately, I met Shanshan who solved my difficulties. Thank you very much

Be careful with the sales people overthere! You might be trapped with their so called "241 (two for one) deal" and ended by "get one and second one half price. "

I go to Specsaver at Sunnybank. I have been going there since they opened. I have always found Peter to be fantastic, the service is greater. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
The stuffs (Charlie, Karla, Alisha, Shan) are enthusiastic that help me to fix my glasses and give mea free nose hold!
Received great service here from Rishab. Was able to browse the frames at my own pace and everything went well. Had an annual eye exam with the optometrist here as well.

I had a great experience at Specsavers from the moment I walked in thanks to Shan. She was extremely helpful every step of the way and her customer service is to be commended. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and Shan was so patient while she helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommended visiting this specsavers!

Great Optometrists, very professional and they detected some serious eye problem and referred me to a fantastic eye specialist for treatment which I’m always grateful for. Unfortunately, not today, nothing to do with the Optometrist tho.
Last time I was there they did a hearing test and the lady told me I need to see a specialist for further exam for my hearing loss. As I trust them very much, I made an appointment. However, I took a day off and went today, no further testing, and the specialist just used the same chart from my first test. So I asked the specialist why do I need to come today? Also told her that in the future don’t ask people to come if no need for further testing. The specialist became very defensive with a very bad attitude and tone. I decided not to argue with her and went to speak to the store manager about not asking people to come back if no further test needed. Anyway, the specialist came while I was taking to the store manager. The specialist kept saying: “Do you want a hearing aid? ! ” and I kept asking: “Do I need a hearing aid? ”. In the end the specialist told me “don’t come (here) next time! ” and left. I don’t understand why the specialist is so rude. This is nothing to do with her as she didn’t make the decision to ask me to come back for further testing. She is just rude and unprofessional.
The store manager witnessed the rudeness and told me that she is the store manager managing this store. The specialist doesn’t “work for the store” but she will talk to “Peter”.
A very bad experience at Specsavers and btw, ppl need to stop milking Medicare.
