Spar Torquay Supermarket

Actually we went to the hot pie shop next door looking for a specific cake from my childhood, found neither but was hit a surcharge on already expensive pies in the shop now there, not a great scam for a small business surrounded by lots of cheaper places to go, maybe should have gone to Spar lol.

I like the store good specials and nice staff, but the owners watch you like a criminal if you walk in with a bag. I even heard him say to the girl, bag watch. It was only a handbag.

Excellent service, prices and well stocked, clean and a very pleasant atmosphere to shop in. Spar Torquay, often has items unavailable in larger outlets. I always shop at Spar because of the huge range of quality fruit and vegetables, available. Customer service and satisfaction is their number one priority. High praise for this most excellent grocery store and the awesome people who make you feel welcome and appreciated. Fine example of a business.

Good parking, friendly staff, massive range but the best thing is the chicken! And they keep cold chicken bites in the fridge just the best. Straight across from the beach. Get all my supplies here.

The people that work there are always smiling and friendly, it's cheaper here than the food works around the corner

This little supermarket is great! I don't think it's too expensive for a corner store, but that also depends on what you are buying. It has a great variety of products especially if you don't want to venture into the big supermarkets. Has well known branded products here. The staff are always friendly as well.

Wonderful customer service from Mia? Today. I'm pretty hard to impress, but this young girl was wonderful and not just to me but to others too.

Spa have good range of products including fresh vegetables. Also a good Baker Shop next door. Better than having to go big Supermarket

I did not enter a review of Spar Tourquay. I was trying to do a covid exit from the Tourquay Hotel on New Years Eve, and technology in its wisdom took me around in circles in total confusion, I gave up. I never give a negative review, only positive ones.

Absolute pleasure, staff a amazing, I shop there everyday to support them instead of big supermarket were I could get goceries alot cheaper.but the service is no where near what u get from staff at spar.

Great service great variety of fresh produce etc so convenient to Torquay renovation just completed a great asset to Hervey Bay

Local people, good friendly service, open 7 days, prices are always good, and always have specials. More people should shop there because you can get most groceries there, gifts, plants, frozen foods, hot chooks, cash out, and the list goes on. And its not like the big shops, with too many people. You can usually get a park out the front. These two owners need a medal, as they work very hard to provide a good service to the community. They don't even take holidays.

Really caters to the demographic around them. Helpful, and items easy to find. Excellent prices and presentation.
