My 27 year old Echo trimmer needed some parts, they arrived quickly and were ordered correctly.

I sent a photo on an email to Southside Mowers and they responded at 4am in the morning saying they could help, it was over a missing screw for a cover on my Honda Snipper! I walked in and the man smiled and asked how he could help. Handed me the screw and said it’s an early Christmas present. What amazing service this was, thank you so much and you’ve just found a new loyal customer, I’ll be back to do my servicing of my gear moving forward.

Came into Southside Mower Centre to service my mower and the team was so friendly and helpful! The owner Dan always offers a great deal and his team member Toby provides great advice and customer service. Will definitely be returning for any future services.

Chainsaw hit a hidden bolt and destroyed the chain just dropped in for replacement chain and immediately it was supplied and fitted cheerfully at a very fair price despite the counter attendant being very busy. Definitely recommend this business.

This place is one of the best, which is an absolute rarity these days. Always amazing service, always great prices. I have upgraded all my gear here over time when it’s needed it and have my servicing done regularly and never had a problem. Always a happy customer.

Man, if there is something that Danny (Owner) doesnt know, i think it's probably not worth knowing. Great service, very helpful and sound advice. They have a wide selection on offer of the top brands and also offer spares and repairs. Danny has demo gear to try before you buy also.

Simply can not praise Southside Mower Centre highly enough. Dan & the guys are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and reasonably priced. I just popped in for a minor repair and, as always, was super impressed by how genuinely helpful and friendly the Service guys are. Best in Brisbane.

Put my 8yr old mower in for a carburettor clean as it was cutting out. Was contemplating buying a new one. But rather than trying to push me in the direction of spending $$$ on new mower like many businesses would, they recommended I try and get my old Briggs & Stratton engine going again. Glad I did as it’s running like a dream again. It’s this honest feedback that will make me go back to this business to purchase my new mower when the time does eventually come.

Every time I go into this shop, I get excellent, knowledgeable
service. I was new to some of the equipment I bought and they showed me how to use it in great detail and covered everything. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Danny for my equipment for over 12 years and cannot recommend anyone else for a honest opinion and a great price. Even taking my friend's over to purchase their gear as well. Thanks again Danny for just being a genuine bloke.

My husband dropped off his mower here four weeks ago, and when he did, he was not given a time frame for repairs. He called them two weeks later, after hearing nothing, and was then told they were two weeks behind. Another two weeks later, he showed up at the shop, after still hearing nothing, and asked about the mower. The attendant told him the mechanic had “given up” on it, took his details, and then said “I’ll get in touch next week” with no apology whatsoever. It should not take 4 weeks for repairs to be done without some sort of communication about the problems involved, and an explanation. They have lost our business.

Wouldn't be able to keep my lawn looking so good without the team at Southside mowers. Very helpful staff and always up for a chit chat.
