Immanuel and the team make going to the dentist an enjoyable and comfortable experience. I’ve been a patient at Southside Dental for years and now take my own children there. It’s always a clean environment and with the staff and dentists being so warm I always feel comfortable! We have found our forever dentist

I first saw Dr Immanuel in November last year and have had several appointments with him over the past months. Dr Immanuel is an absolute professional and it's plainly evident that he has real empathy and a vested interest in his patient's dental health. He is certainly a master of his craft. If teeth were marble blocks, he'd be making Michaelangelo's David. All procedures with him have been comfortable and with the TV above the dental chair, you can almost forget you're at the dentist. Dr Immanuel also talks through portions of the procedures, so you know what to expect. If you're someone who has anxiety with the dentist, that along with the very welcoming naturing should assist in alleviating that. He also takes pictures during the procedures which gives an understanding of what's been completed and why. The nursing staff are also very accommodating and are a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. I have enjoyed my visit and treatment. The whole team is worth praising. I have received various types of treatments in various countries including NZ, USA, and more. However I have found that I have received the best of all services.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I recently had some work done and found the team at Southside Dental to be incredibly welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

Rather shocking. Polite staff, but not really great at customer service with adults. Dr Chen is probably better at treating children and teenagers, really did not build up rapport with adult customers.
Provided a costly quote for further treatment and future appointments without attending to the current issue, or trying to resolve it.
Dental surgery does not offer emergency dental services, don't waste your time looking for any assistance here. Unfortunately cannot give many stars, as the business seems to be all about the money.

After hours emergency dentist was very attentive and helpful. I found the information provided to me was explained very well.

Dr Immanuel is an experience, precise and knowledgeable. I attended Dr Immanuel clinics when he was working in Brisbane area for years. As I currently live 2hrs away from Toowoomba but, I was happy to drive to Toowoomba to find Dr Immanuel. Lately had my wisdom removed and it was a good experience. I had a lot of fillings done in the past and My teeth isn’t always easy for me to manage. Selecting the dentist that I felt more reassurance and trust on was very important to me. The procedure went well as I was able to tolerate food after a few days and my cheek was not as swollen. The staff made the visit so comfortable and given clear instructions of post procedure. If there was concerns you would be able to reach Dr Immanuel after hours which is great. I would recommend people to see him, It is definitely worth the time to go here. Dr Immanuel is a very caring dentist

I paid $199 for the best clean I’ve ever had - very detailed clean, including sandblast and polish with fluoride AND full x-rays! - unbelievable value for such an affordable price. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Dr Cecilia is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is kind and gentle and has done an amazing job of fixing up all of my dental issues, including some caused by other dentists. She was completely empathic and explained everything before it was done as well as what to watch for afterwards. Thank you Dr Cecilia for restoring my confidence in having dental work done.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Friendly and professional. I went 19/5/22. They kept checking with me how I was coping. Had fillings as well and they had this cushion to hold your mouth open instead of me struggling. Headphones and big tv. All new and up to date equipment from what I observed. But it just makes going to the dentist so easy, you can’t help but be impressed by overall for your dental work. Thanks for being so kind.
