Today had teeth cleaned by Jenny the Hygienist
Jenny is such a lovely person takes the most care and let’s you know every step what she is doing
I suffer from anxiety a little and Jenny makes you feel so very relaxed
This girl needs a pay rise
Ben is my dentist also very good

Amazing.i have had a very real fear of the dentist and ben has really shown me the other side of dentistry. The happy gas was the main reason i decided to go to southport dental and the whole experience was really good. Thanks guys ill be back for sure!

I’ve been on the hunt for the right dentist for years. My previous one had scheduled me for multiple fillings, which meant I was strategising across two years to optimise health insurance benefits. Naturally, I braced myself for similar outcomes at Southport Dental. To my surprise, Meg, the gentlest and most personable hygienist I’ve ever encountered, reassured me about the condition of my teeth. Dr. Dan’s review of the X-rays and physical examination solidified that verdict: no fillings needed. This clinic truly stood out to me, from the outstanding care (kudos to Meg) to the state-of-the-art equipment. I wholeheartedly recommend Southport Dental.

Best Dentist on the Gold Coast!
From the warm, friendly and helpful front desk staff to the Dental Assistants and Hygienists, they are all great!
Dr Ben Tseng is the best Dentist I have ever been to in my life (I'm 68 years old). He is kind and as gentle as he can be. He explains what is happening and what is going to happen all through the consultation. He reassures you all the while, and asks how you are feeling. Just the best!

Standard cleaning appointment means the dentist will have a look (2 minutes) when you are lying down on a chair.that part is called consultation.

In my case, the rest of the time was "cleaning". Cleaning that leaves a small front mark on the front tooth. On the end 60 second fluoride ''application'' for 30 dol

Dentist appointment with hygienist for 215 but during appointment I got price 230 then when I mentioned that on the phone I got 215 she said "oh sorry" you are right 215

I felt like I was in an Asian massage store.

Don't even try to sell me a story that you're sorry ect.give me back that 30 doll and I'm never coming back

Dr Mamu Kamo was I think the most thorough denist I've been too. She was extremely careful and I felt I was in very capable and friendly hands. Would recommend.:)

Lovely staff, very professional and caring. Modern equipment and techniques. Very enjoyable Dental experience.

I am very disappointed about their services provided. I have been going there regularly and believe they would provide right advices,
however they failed it.
I have found out they actually do deep cleaning for minor gum issues through other sources, but none of staff there suggesting this treatment to me and now I am suffering.
I have always been paying attention to my oral health and couldn't believe I have gum disease!?
I understand that there are lots factors contributing to this but why we see dentist for?
I hope others won't need to experience disappointed service like me.

After years of being so fearful of dentist visits my daughter recommended Dr Dan at Southport dental.
From the moment I walked in the lovely ladies welcomed me as a new patient, and Dr Dan was fantastic from start to finish. I'd smile if I could but my mouth is still numb lol. Thank you and your assistant for being so kind, I have finally found my dentist.

Retired to Qld and found this practice after checking dental reviews. Initially, Dr Ben relaxed me with his caring manner. Kristi, the Hygienist, has a lovely personality and ensures your comfort throughout your visit. She obviously loves her job and is meticulous in her attention to detail. I walked away after having the best clean I have ever had.

Man. Dr Dan is a beast! I had 2 wisdom tooth removed under local anaesthetic and I literally did not feel a thing.

I am writing this review 5 hours post removal and the local anaesthetic has worn off and I still feel no pain (I have been taking Panadol and neurofen in alternating fashion.) and have got minimal to no swelling.

Honestly, I am blown away. The whole procedure from start to finish took a grand total of 15 minutes!

Excellent work. Have tried several dentists on the Gold Coast and wasn't completely satisfied or confident with them. Had a filling fall out and contacted these guys on short notice. Best dentistry decision I've made in the last decade.
Dr Dan is professional and works quickly and efficiently. Work was done to a high standard and issues resolved. Id have no problems trusting the advice here in future and the quality of work.
Price was good and you leave feeling confident in the work done and advice given.

EDIT to owner's response: Yes, that is correct. I have rang many times and my mobile in the past two months has been the same. Regardless, I have received no email. I will email the address you provided simply to request a transfer of medical information to another clinic.

If I could give minus one star, I would. Been left agonising for 3 days waiting for the doctor to give me a call pertaining to the treatment I was given (which is clearly not working). One day he is not there, the other days he is busy dealing with a patient and I get promised a call back by the reception (a call that has not been made yet). Just to make it clear, I have already been to the clinic and have paid for my consultation and advice.

The level of unprofessionalism and care is uncanny. I am still in shock by how little care has been offered despite the phone calls I have made to reception in which I have made explicitly clear that I am in a lot of pain. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for someone to look after your dental health.

The best dental care I have experienced! Professional, courteous and such friendly staff. Not a big fan of going to the dentist but Dr Dan made me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend this wonderful practice.

I saw the hygienist and Dr Dan today. I was very happy with them being friendly and professional. I was also impressed with their use of the latest equipment.

20/03/2021 when I arrived at the clinic at 12: 00 Saturday it was closed. I texted you at 11: 38am you didn’t reply. At least you should call me and inform me that you can’t wait if I am late. On the door it said open until 1pm.

I just like to thank you the Southport dental team for the wonderful job looking after my teeth all those years.
Staff are very friendly and professional.
And especially thank you Ben for always going out of his way to help!
