South Pine Sports Complex reviews
27 This near new venue is definitely first class, with the management coming a close second. This is because they facilitate all community sports, promote engagement and inspire growth. Plus the coffee is always good
Coming from a lad seeing this area grow over the years, it is brilliant to now see such an orchestrated catalyst for the growth of all sports is growing in our backyard.
Peter Flannery and the MBRC, have the right team running the South Pine Sports Centre. I have genuinely never felt more comfortable engaging in recreational sports again, as so have many others I know. Thank you
Good sports complex, massive in size, great range of different sport areas available and plenty of parking. Cafe inside basketball/netball complex with plenty of seating. Main downside is lack of seating at the basketball courts. Besides that there's another eatery within a minutes drive beside the complex and there's the Eaton's hill hotel if you're interested in having a drink before or after.
A very large and well appointed Sports Complex with multiple Indoor, outdoor and under cover arenas and playing fields. Good access for cars, buses and special needs vehicles. Modern and ample amenities. Kiosk. Full wheelchair access both indoors and outside. A popular location for interschool sports functions and events.
Very nice Sports ground. Good outdoor parking. Good variety of sporting fields and facilities
Grappling industries BJJ tournament today, great venue to compete at apart from the extreme lack of bathroom facilities. There was only one toilet available, and the toilet paper was all gone by mid afternoon.
We've competed there previously and this time was better but still needs improvement
Amazing complex so many sports to choose from. Lots of parking and mostly well signed. Maybe some more lighting needed.
Purpose built sporting precinct owned by the rate payers of the Moreton Bay region. Welll designed to cope during peak times. Has a large range of sporting codes. Great place to walk, exercise etc when sport not on
Been coming here for a very long time especially as a kid when i played soccer and cricket. Great to see they have upgraded the facilities.
Lack of foot paths that lead to location would make it difficult for prams, wheelchairs or walkers requiring them to be used on road ways or rough terrain. Good that the area is not a through way for general traffic.
I was playing my bi daily game of b ball with me myself and I when all of a sudden a group of small children came running onto the court. Two issues arose from this. 1. I had to control my primal urges not to consume their bone marrow. 2, I had to relocate as I am not allowed within 50 meters of anybody below the age of 16.mmmm bone marrow yum.liver king out.
Great sporting facility for all sports. The regular maintenance is required as the grass in the cricket ground was bit big and few places felt like it was not taken care of.
This is the one place in the world where it an absolute joy to have to drive around to find a car park! An incredible collection of facilities, well utilised and full to the brim of community spirit.
Extensive sports facilities at this complex. Great canteen and ablutions. Fields are well maintained and signed across the different levels.
Great Sports complex, all the facilities you can imagine. However the traffic lights in and out can be a nightmare, depending on which you go have to factor in up to 10 minutes extra so you don't run late.
Wow, I have never been here before but this is an awesome sports complex. Once the construction finishes it should be even better.
Sporting complex that caters to an array of sports. Not a regular one that i use but parking was fine and finding where i needed to go was easy.
Highly recommended Rugby Union Club at Albany Creek GPS, great and friendly staff. Very professional.
Could use a few more water taps. Have to walk hundreds of meters to inconveniently placed places to fill a water bottle. It's a sports field. Hydration shouldn't be an issue for people being active in a designated sports park.
We won the game 3-0, great experience. Getting through the traffic from the Southside Friday night was a bit of a but trip though.
Great facilities for a party. Plenty of parking & playing fields too. Family enjoyed themselves & the kids loved the space!
