Do not attend this salon unless you wish to be tied up in all their petty charges
I was late by fifteen minutes to my appointment which I clearly communicated so they attended to take the $20 deposit as a cancelation fee and told me only when I paid for my other services.
I returned today for a manicure and then they firstly asked i could come early but only last week it was my fault for being late. And before starting my manicure then I’m charged $20 to remove polish from 6 nails again another charge.
You aren’t a 5 star salon so make sure all your T&Cs are mentioned if you wish to enforce such rules.

Sophie was great! She gave advice and explained the differences in effect. My appointment was on time and I loved the result. The clinic is ideally located close to my house and has a clean and relaxing environment. I definitely recommended their services ️

Had my first time eye lash lift and tint to see if it suits me. They did an excellent job despite my natural lashes were short, the outcome was better than expected and the service was comfortable. Also had mani and gel nail art done and finished awesome with the design photo I provided, would definitely come back next time.

I had gorgeous gel nails done here in Feb.
I also had LVL lashes and brow lamination (+ tint & wax) and both lashes and brows looked amazing!

Sophie was professional and kind, the experience was really relaxing and I asked lots of questions and Sophie was warm and accommodating. The lashes looked fantastic and I got soooo many compliments. Fist time I've had hybrid over classics and now I'm hooked. Still look amazing 3 weeks on, and have booked my next infill appointment. Definitely recommend Sophie Lash Artistry.
