I can't comment on how good they are as I'm still waiting to get it done. They have cancelled twice and still waiting. I've never known an installer to be sick so much

We were referred to One Solomons by friend who used their product and service. We have done a few orders with Kathleen at One Solomons, she provides friendly and professional service, hence we are returning customers. Kathleen takes the time to understand our needs. The products are very good and the price is competitive with other suppliers. They look modern and smart on our property but we also know that they provide a greater protection! The check fitter and the installation guys are all very good. Look forward to seeing the new order installed sooner.:)

Screens looked good but installer didn’t secure the toilet window which I had to do myself.
They should also use black screws when fixing black screens.

I had my home fitted with Security screens and they look Fabulous. OneSolomon's are so professional to deal with and I would recommend them without hesitation. Great Price and Great Service from the first phone call to the finished product.

Installation and quoting issues. Had my windows measured twice. Was present. Even helped the people measure them. But one was not included in the quote. Which was measured with me there. Make sure u check before u sign. I thought everything was fine.

We love our new blinds, Jim, fitting staff and the team have been excellent in helping us with our new blinds and security door. They look fabulous highly recommend the blind pelmet.

Paul has been extremely helpful and patient - we asked for many versions of our quote and he helped us find the best mix for our needs. Would recommend using him and the company.

The range of products and quality is excellent. I’m very happy with my new security door, 3 clear shield doors and multiple shutters. Even went back to Solomon’s after my first installation and got a zip screen awning and another clearshield door. The consultant from Solomon’s Paul Bremner that assisted me with my selection of products was extremely knowledgeable and helped me navigate through the various choices. Even gave me a very good discount. I would highly recommend Paul Bremner and Solomon’s.

Nothing worse than being told that your appointment for your quote will be between the hours of 8 a.m. And 10 a.m. And nobody turns up.

Specially when you had drive through peak hour traffic to get to it. Then sit and wait for 2 hours for an appointment that was never coming.

When I finally called Solomons I was told they had no appointment on file. Sadly if you can't be reliable at the beginning of the relationship why would I reschedule another appointment. Clearly your incompetent and you have a team that can't successfully save an appointment in a computer.

Plenty of other reliable firms out there that aren't out there to waste your time. Pick up your act Solomons your only as good as the service you provide.

Don't waste your time calling for a quote there is a good chance they will leave you hanging.

Spent $12k on clearshield. Expect great customer service up to installation. Also be aware the rollers in this product are plastic and in our experience start to deteriorate at around 5 years. When this happens the level of customer service for general repairs is well below par.
