I bought a pair of Jordan 1’s from this store suspecting that I was purchasing at a reasonable price. But, a day after I did some research and saw that I paid almost most triple the price. When I tried returning it (to the same person I purchased from) they wouldn’t give me a refund.

Bought 2 pairs of Jordan's and noticed they were damage to the threading and damage to the other pair. One pair I had not worn at all besides trying on and the other only for 20mins then I noticed threading was breaking. I went to exchange them as I only bought them 1 week ago. The staff member working was great and understood that they were faulty and was going let me exchange them as I bought the shoes with the damages. Then the manager strolls In coming back from his break and picks the shoes up inspecting them, picking at the damage and slams the shoes back on the counter with no care multiple times making the damage worse. He has not even spoken to me or the staff member assisting me and tells me I have worn these and caused the damages. He was completely rude and unprofessional. I try tell him about the damage and he doesn't want to hear it from me or his staff member and advises no exchange will occur. His staff member corrects the manager to advise the shoes are damaged and it falls back on Nike. The manager does not want to hear this and keeps touching the shoes with no care. I spent over $700 and have different staff telling me different things. The manager should not be in that position if he is going to be rude and have no care for quality of products.

I bought a pair of Retro Jordan 5’s off the website and honestly everything about the experience was good as. When i had questions they were answered quickly by the support team, the shoes came within a week of me ordering them, the collection at the store is so good as well and the quality of the shoes and the box and everything was just a massive W, would recommend shopping here

Absolutely disgraceful experience. Sole Street resell shoes at triple their value to unsuspecting shoppers. Be aware and research heavily first. They need to disclose that they are reselling these shoes after purchasing them from other traders in the same shopping centre! However it is seemingly ‘covered up’ by sales staff. The worst customer service ever experienced. My son paid $375 for shoes that are available elsewhere for a third of the price as he is young and did not understand the stores set up. Shopping centre management should be ashamed that they allow this shop to trade alongside reputable outlets. I am disgusted that this is considered ok by major shopping centres. JD Sports staff were amazing in explaining the resell concept of Sole Street to my son and I wish we had purchased from these friendly enthusiast people.

Okay it’s good to have these sorts of stores on the Gold Coast as it’s expanding world wide the love for sneakers and I’m all for it we need more. But stay away from Solestreet there’s no need to sell shoes for 2x the actual resell value bad business won’t last last long they sell pandas for $500 you can go on Facebook get them for $220-$350 don’t be fooled do yourself some research

Had such a great experience shopping at sole street, the customer service was amazing and I left with a smile on my face knowing I got the sneakers I was after.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Save yourself the disappointment and goto JD or footlocker, I have bought fake airmax from China and they are better quality than this

Couldn't thank the team at solestreet more than I already have they were able to quickly help me with sizes and pick a very nice pair of shoes for my son that he loves very much now happy shopping!

Go anywhere else for your shoes, don't pay these scammers a cent. You will leave with damaged sub standard items probably deemed too defective to be sold in more reputable stores. STAY AWAY

Purchased a pair of Dunks that we found were faulty after taking them home.
They wouldn’t give us a refund and were very rude.

The young girl and guy with the beard were very friendly, professional and had great knowledge of shoes couldn't ask for better customer service!

You have good shoes but you are over price in every shoe. Your store also should not allow kids in there because the songs swear.

Well bought a pair of air Jordan's 1 low for $399 a month of go, tonight my son came home with a pair from Foot Locker for $165.

Don't do what I did and make sure you do your research first.

Was after a 350 v2 triple black size 10, it was no problem for SOLESTREET. Just sent them a text and the following day it was ready to be picked up. Great customer service! Highly recommend it!
