We recently contacted Smart On Hold to organise our on hold service. Randy was our first point of contact and we are extremely fortunate to have stumbled across him and Smart On Hold. Not only did Randy provide us with a professional on hold service, he helped us make the switch to NBN, keeping our current phone system. Prior to talking with Randy, we had been advised on numerous occasions that our phone system was not NBN compatible and we had been quoted thousands for a new phone system. Randy was adament a new phone system was not required and organised everything, allowing for us to make the switch, keeping our current phone system saving us thousands $$$. Queensland Appliances have used Smart On Hold for over 6 years. Nathan and his team have always gone above and beyond our expectations. The service provided by their friendly and helpful staff have given us that edge over our competitors which has helped us maintain that level of professionalism at very affordable prices.

Nathan (the owner) offshores most of the work to the Philippines. He formerly employed Aussie's however still owes money on commission. I'd recommend going elsewhere unless you'd like to support this.
