You aren’t allowed to just browse here. Staff are literally all over you as soon as you walk in the store and won’t leave you alone.

They really don’t get the hint that you don’t want/need their help and constant questions and advice when you don’t ask or need it.

I ended up leaving empty handed because I just couldn’t put up with it anymore. Significantly over staffed which probably is one cause of the issue.

Unsure why Snowscene hasn’t got a solid 5 star rating; you cannot fault the service from Hayden and his team here, and their products are next level. My kids and I managed to catch the tail end of their sale which just sweetened the experience even further. His tips for ski trips with a family were just so helpful. Do not go anywhere else for snow trip prep/gear otherwise you’re underselling yourself.

Superb customer service. Great personal care to assist the customers. They would go extra miles to inform every details and personally send message for a better and more value for money alternatives or get a better deal with discounts etc.

For my online orders and product enquiries, I have spoken to Hayden a few times, he was so helpful.

In hindsight shopping here was a huge mistake. Arrived at the snow with my first time skiing wife. Her gloves were way to big and 3 times the price of good correct fitting gloves in Japan.
After checking the rest of the gear and comparing to prices I the snow, we feel that for all the gear we bought we were ripped off.

WOW! 10/10. Purchased some gear for an upcoming trip, and the service, knowledge and just a genuine approach to customer service from Hayden was probably the best I've ever had. The prices are a little expensive, however, the service and advice was exceptional. Hayden was amazing. I will be doing all my snow gear shopping through this store moving forward. These guys are smith stockists so got my helmet and goggles here no worries. Good range of ski and apre ski clothes. Very helpful service.

I needed to replace some aging ski gear today. Unfortunately, I had a very limited budget. I was concerned that my budgetary restraints would be frowned upon. To the contrary, the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with products that suited my needs and my financial constraints. I was very grateful for their respect and generosity.
