I bought some mattress’, bases and bedheads from Ben at Snooze Windsor. The service is exceptional, very well priced, quality products. If you want quality products that are reasonably priced with professional service see the guys at Windsor and they’ll look after you. They don’t do cheap stuff that falls apart and they’ll look after you if any issues, like the good old days. Highly recommend.

We bought a Sealy mattress here and I have to say we are very happy with it. It is so comfortable. The in store service was amazing and delivery of the mattress was so quick and as promised. We required some repair to it unfortunately and I have to say the after sales service is unbelievable. The bed was back to us the same day it was collected by two lovely, polite gentlemen and was returned even better than expected. I can’t recommend enough. Thank you Snooze Windsor!

I knew as soon as I walked into the store, I had made the right decision. Having been caught out with an online purchase from another company, I was greeted with professional staff, who on a Sunday afternoon found me a beautiful bed frame and amazing mattress that could be delivered and installed in 48 hours. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks too for the seamless delivery, and the friendly install team, who also removed all the packaging. Many many thanks.

We have brought two mattresses from this store now. The most recent one I had got a written quote for 6 months ago and lost. I rang the store and the assistance went to the trouble of going through many many written copy books to find the quote. That way I could order the m artless we had chosen over the phone. It was great service. They will remain our go to store for mattresses, after all we spend a significant amount of our lives sleeping, making a good quality mattress a necessity.

I'm a first time mattress buyer and the team was really helpful. My partner and I were shown some mattresses by Brad that were in our budget but still amazingly comfortable. We were both blown away by Brad's customer service and he made the whole mattress choosing process really simple. I would recommend snooze Windsor especially if you are a first time mattress buyer.
