Snooze have been absolutely awesome to us. My partner and I had a warranty issues with a particular mattress, which was promptly replaced after 6 months. The replacement mattress also had problems, and without issue Rob and his team arranged a further replacement, this time for whatever mattress we wanted. We gladly upgraded to a more expensive mattress which is better suited to us, and we were charged nothing extra. Excellent customer service, genuinely trying to help us find the right mattress. Very happy indeed!

Called and asked about a mattress and I got a what I needed, said I'll be down in 10 mins 2 pick it up, sales person was great, did a deal with a mattress protector, saved me going somewhere else, great quality, great service, I've been shopping there since I was 17 when it was called caption snooze, I've only ever purchased from snooze, I've got a Madison saint Regis super king I got from Brad about 3.5 years ago, it's amazing,

Absolutely amazing customer service by Judy in the Townsville store. She helped us select a bedroom suite and mattress over the phone, and was so helpful. The delivery service was also flawless. We were so impressed with the two guys who delivered and assembled our bed, they were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom suite and mattress also exceeded our expectations. Great to deal with over the phone when making a purchase after searching online. Easy over the phone payment and great service when picking up mattress that was purchased. Have shopped with before and have always been treated well.

We can not recommend Snooze Townsville enough. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Victoria was wonderful - taking the time to find the ideal mattress for us. Brad was also so great and went above and beyond to help us. He was so genuine and understanding. Very happy with our purchase. We didn’t meet with the manager but he is obviously doing a good job with a brilliant team. Thank you to everyone who helped us with our buy.

Snooze was great! But in particular, Jacinta was amazing, she could not do enough for us and we were so impressed with her! She is so knowledgable and kind. We came out so happy with a purchase that suited our budget with everything we wanted. Can't thank her enough!

Rob and his team have gone above and beyond to organise both a bed and mattress for me- not only is the quality of the Snooze products amazing, the service at this store is unparalleled to other furniture stores. Would not go anywhere else in Townsville for a bed!

Real great service from Snooze at Domain Garbutt. Sales staff were patient and knowledgeable, office staff were efficient and professional and the delivery saff were punctual and careful. My beds had a problem with a couple of bolts which Snooze attended to immediately with follow up phone calls to confirm the satisfactory resolution. I will definitely shop there again after such a smooth interaction with Snooze.

Victoria at Townsville was extremely helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for, including Australian made and environmentally considerate. We left with everything we wanted and a great deal.

My bed arrived within the time frame I was told when I purchased it. The delivery staff were exceptional in that they were kind, quick and fully assembled the bed base and placed the bed where I wanted it.
