I was advised by the salesperson at Snooze to do a sleep test on their machine and was also advised accordingly to purchase a particular mattress that costed in excess of $3200 after the Black Friday discount. I slept on the mattress using a mattress protector and new sheets for one night and found the mattress to be very uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back. I approached the store the very next morning to ask if they could please exchange it for a firmer mattress, but to my dismay I’ve been given the run around. Definitely not was expecting this after only one day. I’m not asking for a refund just an exchange and I’ve been made to jump through hoops. Definitely not happy with the after sales service. I also spoke to Ben who is the regional manager and he was unfortunately not helpful either. I do not recommend buying anything from Snooze and will not purchase from them in the future.

Brad at the Fortitude Valley store was excellent. We upgraded to a king size medium Brighton and it's the comfiest bed ever. We are also super happy with our level 2 pillows.

Brad showed us all the mattresses, checked our sleeping patterns on their pattened mattress to find the right fit and we couldn't be happier.

Exceptional customer service. We purchased a bed over five years ago.and we misplaced the screws for the bed as it was in storage.deeming the bed useless.we gave these guys a call and helped us to get a alternative from Bunnings.they didn't make a sale and still very helpful. Much Appreciated
