I was in need of a new mattress protector and a new pillow. And Christie was more than helpful to help me out what I was looking for. Me and my husband went into the Cairns store to purchase a new mattress and we were served by Ashelyn who was absolutely amazing. Her customer service and sales skills was second to none. I went to snooze and they had excellent sales on for mattresses and ensembles. The staff were amazing they spent quite a lot of time with me testing out the best mattress for my sleeping habits. I was so impressed with the staff and their knowledge I walked away with a new mattress and a new ensemble and I would encourage anyone who needs a new bed or mattress to visit snooze they won’t be sorry.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Remus helped us to choose our first high quality spring mattress - he was patient, gave excellent advice after asking the right questions and gave us time and patience to make the right choice for us. We purchased a bed base and paid for delivery as well as removal of old bed base. When it arrived in 4 weeks we received a text saying it was ready for delivery and to reply to text (do not phone store) with name and preferred day of delivery. Did this and 4 hours later got a one word response "okay". So replied and asked if an approx delivery time could be given. Told we would be called 30 mins before delivery. Replied again and asked if they knew if it would be am or pm, and told between 10am and 4pm. We got out the old base and moved furniture in house around to make delivery into the room easy before 10am and then waited and waited. By 3: 30 had heard nothing so phoned store and enquired about delivery - told it was still coming. At 4: 30 still hadn't heard from anyone and no delivery - well past the supposed delivery window. Sent a text to the original number - nothing back. Finally turned up at 5pm with no 30 min prior phone call. Surely they must know the run and could have told us pm and a courtesy call when running late would be polite as we had started to think no-one was coming at all. And the 30 min prior promised phone call would have also been something. On delivery we were then asked for cash to take away old base, even though we had paid an extra amount for this on purchase. Also found the products over priced after we had purchased. Got much better service and price from Forty Winks when we bought our mattress.

I had the best customer experience with Remus! He is extremely knowledgeable and I left the store feeling confident with the bed I purchased. It is hard enough trying to find a bed that's right for you but Remus made the experience so easy!

Experienced, by far, the best customer service with Ashelyn when purchasing our new mattress. She was incredibly knowledgeable and genuine and made the entire process so easy. Can’t say anything other than she is amazing. Won’t want to be served by anyone else for future purchases.

Most amazing staff. They were extremely friendly and super knowledgeable. They helped us from the time we walked in to the time we left and they helped load the bed onto our vehicle.

Got told I’m leaving the country, so tried to cancel and get my money back, haven’t received delivery yet, but they still went out of there way to keep the money. Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time and just go somewhere else

During my time in the Snooze Cairns in the DFO Shopping Centre. I was looking for a new bed and mattress for my studio apartment.
Was warmly greeted by Christie who excitedly gave me professional and unique service to exactly what I was searching for and made the whole experience less stressful and a pleasure.

The Snooze profiler is excellent tool to find exact mattress that suits my body type and style of sleeping.

During my interaction with Christie, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all areas I was having trouble with in my sleep.

I have since come back to the Snooze store in cairns and purchased numerous items (pillows linen etc) since the service I received from Christie on the first occasion.

I have highly recommended Christie and her team to numerous other people I have spoken to that have been searching for any bedding needs.

DO NOT GET DELIVERY - HORRID EXPERIENCE, NO COMMUNICATION, NON APOLOGETIC. FORCED INTO PAYMENT THAT MAKES YOU ASSUME YOU WILL GET YOUR GOODS STRAIGHT AWAY. ONLY TO BE WAITING WAITING 2 WEEKS TO STILL ORGANISE A DELIVERY DATE!

In my situation we were contacted to ask for full payment as our bed had arrived. We would have preferred to pay closer to delivery date as the following week would have been a better week financially. Worker made us feel like we would miss out on securing the bed, so we paid it upfront.only to go the whole following week with no bed no delivery date.

NEVER AGAIN! SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO BE HEARD AND CORRECT MESSAGES TO BE RELAYED!

Thankyou Jamie from DFO snooze in Cairns. We really appreciated him taking the time to show us the beds and bases. His personality and professionalism was refreshing not to mention his warm approach. He didnt pressure us and gave us our space to make our decision. If only all salespeople were as awesome as him. We will be calling up today to make our purchase.
