Snap fitness Morningside is the best snap i have been to in south east qld the staff are super friendly, nick and talia always greet customers with a smile, not only are they friendly they keep the gym well maintained always super clean and machines always working. Cannot recommend any higher

Great team down at Snap Morningside however I think some gym rules need to be enforced:

Hygiene - 9 times out of 10, people are not wiping down the equipment after use. With all the wipe stations available, there is no excuse for this, or why someone needs to clean away someone else's sweat when they're done.

Equipment hogging - There appears to be certain people who think they have the right to toss their towel on a piece of equipment and proceed to go and do something else before returning to that machine later.

Phones - People need to be mindful of the time they are sitting on a machine, with more time spent scrolling than actually finishing their workout. I've had to change my workout and forfeit a machine due to someone sitting there for over 20 minutes stuffing around.

Filming - People should also be mindful of their filming at the gym. Personally, I don't want to be filmed or in the background of someone's video which is then posted on social media. A gym goer last week required space for his tripod, creating a potential hazard and causing others to feel uncomfortable around him. Think Joey Swoll.

Will update my review if things improve.

After 2 days of feeling soooo ill in our campervan we were desperate for a shower. We didn’t except to go for free but 30 $? Plus had us sign up… staff was friendly tho

Been coming here for 8 months, really nice gym, plenty of equipment and room plus it doesnt get overly busy so its easy to get on the equipment you want
staff and members are really friendly alike
only area its lacking is the singular cable machine (has 3 stations) but usually isnt an issue if youre not going during peak

Great team and a great environment. They are constantly engaging with members and encouraging everyone to come in. Club is frequently updated and well equipped.

I have been attending this gym for a while and have enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and although the gym is on the small side it has everything you need. I feel very welcomed and supported here and the staff are always happy and up for a chat or advice

Joined Snap this week, staff very helpful and made the process quick and easy. Equipment is new and good quality, gym is clean and has a nice renovated look.

Great club, always plenty of racks and equipment. Friendly and helpful management. They also have massage guns free to use and a good area for stretching

Welcoming staff and great atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone that’s trying to get into the gym for the first time or even someone that’s been going for years!:)

The equipment is new and the gym is clean! Respectful and encouraging staff! Always doing great sign up deals and give always!

I love snap fitness. I got all the time and the community and family is so nice and kind, super helpful and the equipment is easy and really accessible for anyone wanting to go to the gym for whatever reason. Love it!

Excellent customer service as well as plenty of equipment that’s easy to understand and use.

Great environment to be in, everyone is supportive and staff are extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to join a gym.

Supportive staff, a great range of (NEW) equipment and dynamic spaces. Can’t recommend Snap Fitness Morningside enough, such a great club.

This snap is one of the better ones for atmosphere, majority of people are very respectful with your space/putting things away. There's more than enough benches, squat racks, free weights stuff. This places downfall is staff initiative, I've never been during staffed hours so I can't tell you about the staff personally but there's been more than enough times during my 4 months here where there's no toilet paper in the same loo for multiple days, the equipment wipes are empty throughout the entire gym or even just a roller has been left out in the same spot for 3 days straight. Would be good if the cable machines area had a mirror for the free weights but still very functional to use regardless.

Amazing gym, amazing workouts! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified, such a family vibe as soon as you walk through the door. The trainers know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible and find a perfect workout most suitable for you. It’s clean and for me it is close to home and I like the crowd. You will not leave disappointed. You have everything that you need! Highly recommend checking this gym out.

Spoke the staff on the phone who told me about the fantastic end of financial year sale find out the price, go in to do the paperwork and she must have decided i needed to pay more so gives me a different weekly price when i went in there. The trainer was sitting behind the desk at the entrance when I arrived and knocked on the door a couple of times and he just ignored me, turns around finally and looks at me like what do you want? Decided not to sign up here if thats what they are like already.

Machinery and equipment were placed too closely together and was cramped, lack of space. Smudged mirrors show that the place was unclean. Bad service, went in for a prebooked trial and had to wait 20 minutes because of preoccupied staff. Meant to be a free trial but required $59 to be paid upfront. Appalling, do not recommend.

Awesome gym, love training here. Friendly staff, clean gym, non intimidating environment. Would highly recommend to anyone who works or lives in the area.
