Snap Fitness Forest Lake 24-7

Hey there, I just had to share my thoughts about the Zumba class in Forest Lake, and it's all thanks to our fantastic friend, Jamies who's the heart and soul of this amazing class. I can't express enough how much fun the sessions with James are; it's the highlight of my day, no kidding!

So, I used to be a bit iffy about group workouts, but James changed that for me. He's a rock star – his energy and dedication to keeping us in shape are off the charts. Seriously, he's incredible.

We're lucky to have James as our Zumba instructor, and let me tell you, he's not just about fitness. We can see the self love, body love, aesthetics from his Zumba class

Jamies, thanks a million for making Zumba so darn addictive.

Love the team at Snap Fitness Forest lake. The club has a welcoming environment with a super friendly team and members, The classes are amazing challenging for all fitness levels. The PTs are down to earth friendly and always so supportive. Well worth joining.

Good location with nice staff but machines are a bit old, need better maintenance on the machines and facilities!

Great gym and friendly staffs. Just joined few weeks now and I loved it. My sister and me always enjoyed workout in this gym. I will definitely recommend more of my friends to join here.great equipment too!

Have been to a few gyms over the years but I must say the team here at Forest Lake are awesome, super friendly and welcoming. The club is massive and has all the equipment you need as well as some great classes.
Highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for an affordable gym in the area!

I've been a member with Snap for some time now, and forrest lake is the biggest I have ever been to! There are plenty of fun classes to choose from, and the variety of equipment is massive. The team here are so friendly and have made me feel welcomed from day one. Thanks for creating such a fantastic club!

What a great gym! The double story gym space means the club never feels too crowded! There is also a crèche which makes training fit into my schedule so much easier!
Thank you to the lovely team who got me started, so friendly and supportive and helped me kick my butt into gear!

Good layout as well, I enjoy using the treadmills in front of the windows. As it helps when cardio gets boring

I recently got a new job in the complex that the gym is located in and I asked for a free trial today. I came in and the greeting was very cold - they literally didn’t even smile. I was told to sign in and that was it - they didn’t even show me where the bathroom was. I was basically ignored. Very unimpressed and I sure as hell won’t be signing up.

Amazing, large gym! Always welcomed with a friendly smile from staff as well. Very accommodating for all ages! ️

The worst customer service I have ever experienced not only are emails never replied to but the phone is never picked up, nor does anyone bother to call you back. The staff are absolutely miserable and will literally sigh if you ask them a question or the best one from the manager would be telling them you have an appointment and she acts incredibly rude (excluding the owner, she actually likes what she’s doing.) The equipment is outdated and rarely wiped down so it’s just disgusting most of the time. People will come and take equipment you’re using because they know they can and lastly it’s stupidly overpriced for what you get. Would NEVER recommend a gym like this.

Such a great gym! The classes will work you, the trainers are knowledgeable, and the members are so friendly! The manager is fantastic. Great staff team - always an enjoyable experience.even if I leave dripping sweat!

Creche is great for when I've got bubs, meaning I don't have to miss any workouts. Easily one of the biggest Snaps around. Being double story there's plenty of equipment without being cramped. Happy I joined.

What a gym and culture! Great helpful staff, always ready to help if it is for pausing my membership or explaining a new exercise I would like to try! Always enough room to workout and a great weight area! I love this gym in every aspect!

Gym is well laid out, clean, often busy but never untidy or dirty. The staff are friendly, the creche is a great option and I feel like a part of the community at this gym. Classes are varied and at different times to accommodate as many members as possible.

Great open space gym with plenty of room and equipment for exercise and loads of classes included with the membership.

Anna is the worst! I booked a training with her. Arrived early at the gym, she saw me. After I got changed and ready for my session just to tell me she didnt want to train me and she had another client she was going to today, my only options were to train by myself or go home. Very disrespectful and nasty attitudes. You can tell she is money hungry all they want is the looks, the client and the money! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
