Great gym. Friendly staff. Regular classes. New Equipment. Amazing personal trainers. Plenty of room. Clean amenities with warm showers. Creche available.

First time at snap, Brett was super welcoming and helpful showing me how to use the equipment. Pilates class was awesome and they cater for all skill levels. Couldn’t recommend enough ️

Lack of professionalism from class leaders, rude and impolite.

I had been in the end room for 40 minutes and had 8 reps left of my session. A female class leader demanded I leave the room whilst being too interested in her phone. I left and she proceeded to talk to other gym members/on her phone for another 10 minutes.

Yvette is the most amazing manager! She always welcomes clients with a smile, and is happy to help out in anyway she can. She will go above and beyond to make your day more enjoyable. Yvette is the only reason I come back to the gym and it would not survive if she were to leave.

Christian gives great advice with weighted exercises and is always teaching about safe lifting technique, safe amounts of weights and safe workouts - BEST TRAINER IN THE GYM!

10/10 would recommend!

Snap fitness AYR are extremely difficult to deal with.dispite having my requests written in email, they have been ignored & have continued to take funds they have no righ to. I now have to reffer the matter to the accc and further to have it resolved.so very disappointing, I've used this gym before and had no issues. I will never use this facility again.

Staff make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Friendly, fun atmosphere. Love snap fitness Burdekin

Fantastic Gym and Staff! Always clean and helpful, also has a fantastic Crèche so I can workout knowing my children are looked after. Plenty of different classes to try with the added benefit of the myzone system. Without Snap I wouldn’t have been able to loose 25kg.

Awesome Gym! Fantastic people, equipment, classes & atmosphere! First gym I’ve walked into & felt completely welcome. Creche is amazing for the kids too! The girls take time to become a special part of your child’s day not just occupy them for an hour or 2.

A good gym with nice newish equipment and a good atmosphere. The cost is more expensive than the local gyms, but you get better equipment and more convenience for it. Liked the ability to watch tv and youtube on the cardio equipment. The biggest downside is that there is only 2 or 3 of each cardio machine, and only 1 of each weights machine, and they are crammed in tight - i mean, if you're using a weights machine, you actually need to stop and wait if someone wants to walk past you.

Very comfortable atmosphere! Staff are friendly and helpful. Snap Ayr has a Crèche for kids in the mornings too
