Great gym with a wide range of equipment which is spaced out with an awesome upstairs area to stretch out as well. All the staff are super lovely and welcoming. Definitely the best Snap Fitness I’ve been to

Been coming to snap surfers for a few years, great variety of equipment with an unreal team of PT’s who go above and beyond, shoutout Treve who’s always on his feet, the bloke never stops

The most disrespectful staff ever seen at a Snap fitness gym starting from the staff to the manager (8.15am 15/05/23). I’ve Australia wide access and have been working out in various cities. Employees who were there at thar particular time demonstrated a work culture completely lacks accountability, blame shifting and apparently on power trips. Prefer to speak to the owner/franchisee of this gym.

Been going to this gym for nearly 2 years and by far it has been the best gym I’ve been too, the gym is so clean and organised with lots of space and windows around the gym which is a big thing compared to a gym underground with none, it is also by far the best snap I’ve been too even after travelling around Australia, but a huge plus is the fact you can go to any snap around the world and there are so many!
I’ve enjoyed this gym so much, but I’ve also noticed how much stronger and lean I’ve got since I started training here which is such a good feeling
Treve, Mikey and Sean are absolute legends, I haven’t met better people in a gym before, they created the best gym on the coast thank you ️

Snap Surfers Paradise is fantastic! Friendly staff and great selection of equipment. It's on the tram line too so travelling to get ripped is easy. Clean, professional, and fun. Get on it!

I've been with Snap Fitness for almost 4 years now. The fact that I can go to any Snap branch in anywhere is great, especially when going to one that is as amazing as this one. I go to the Gold Coast pretty much every year and I'm glad I can go to this one whenever I come
I think my home Snap club in Brunswick Victoria is the best, and this one is just as good. I like the new location. The equipments are very well taken care of and the space are optimally used.

Best gym on the GC, with a brand new space and equipment! It is great value and the staff are always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, unhelpful and owner is very passive aggressive. I have been a member of snap for over 3 years and Mikey the owner has turned me off ever stepping foot in this gym. Go to Brickworks Snap or any other snap in Australia, one star because you have to give a rating, otherwise it would be 0.

The support and knowledge you receive from Mikey and the personal trainers is great, they are always eager to take the time to help you out and keep you motivated! Useless managers, were unable to explain their offers which were written on the website, were vulgar and after they said "if you don't like, go to another place". Tattooed guy was especially terrible. They are not oriented on clients. The worst personnel

Spa, Sauna, swimming pool and lockers need to be added. You've already got all the equipments, big space inside, toilets down stairs.massive car park space, 24/7 access,

One of the male staff was constantly staring at me working out, made me very uncomfortable.i would move around the corner to workout and he would still creep around and look at me.

Fantastic club. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean, modern, well maintained equipment, along with a great rooftop training area.
