The gym itself is functional, isn't overly clean with dust and grim, BUT the membership and payment issues that has occurred over the last 16 months is horrible. Being locked out of the gym after having paid the membership, but due to a technical issue behind the scenes at Snap. Still haven't got refunds from all the money owed to me. Have since left Snap, never to return.

Snap Fitness Sherwood and the staff have been fantastic at creating a fun culture and community for the members. Plenty of continuous improvement along with approachable staff that are always helpful

Great gym, super clean, plenty of equipment to go around, trainers are awesome, and Elka is absolutely wonderful. Super welcoming, lovely to talk to, and made my time here fantastic!

Elka is honestly a breath of fresh air. Such a fantastic addition to the area and she brings a WHOLE VIBE! When I came to train at Sherwood the gym was clean and such a great feel. The equipment is great and overall just a great space. The community that she is building is beyond amazing.

I love coming to this gym when I visit Brisbane. The manager was really helpful during my first visit and I always get a friendly hi and bye!

You guys should fix your machines or get some new ones because more than half of the leg exercise machines are broken 90% of the time

Where are the sanitary wipes?
Today every santitary wipe dispenser in the entire gym was empty. Leaving me unable to wipe off the sweat from the previous person and my own drips. Days earlier I mentioned there were no wipes. Sorry to the next patron, but I was unable to hygienically wipe anything down, not the running machine before and after my sweaty workout; not the bench, not the weights or machines that people have dripped sweat over. Yes, I have a towel.
Covid is still around and hygiene I thought should be a serious priority at a gym. Maybe the gym can buy some from Woolworths, pending the arrival of the outstanding order?
I feel it is one thing after another, the water dispenser in the upper gym was not working, so if patrons wanted water they had to go down to only working water dispenser on the lower level. Happily it is fixed. Before that toilet paper seemed to be in shorter supply.
I'd love a reducion in my fees to compensate me, which the new owners of Snapfitness increased in December 2022.

Very disappointed with the standard of customer service. I originally cancelled my membership in October last year and received a confirmation email. I noticed in November that money was still being taken out of my account past the final payment period and my concerns were dismissed and I was told I was wrong, despite providing screen shots showing that the money was still being taken out. I have been trying to get my money back and the payments canceled for almost 6 months now, just absolutely ridiculous. Snap Sherwood have finally admitted that this is due to a processing error on their front and that I am owed a refund and I have now been waiting almost a fortnight and despite checking in I am yet to receive any refund.

This is a real shame because I had overall positive experiences with the gym during my membership but this has been unacceptable. I also asked for my name to be removed from marketing lists but I still receive constant texts and emails.

Update: I still haven't received my refund, even though Snap Sherwood have admitted their mistake. They told me the refund was processed two weeks ago and I am yet to receive payment. I confirmed my bank details and still no payment. Completely appalling customer service. I have since joined a much better gym and would never reccomend Snap to a friend.

I love the variety of equipment here. All the staff are always willing to give a helping hand if needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to start going to the gym or find a new one. Also love that I can get in anywhere

I literally hate this place! Honestly a bunch off scammers. The manger Michell is honestly a weirdo. I’m trying to cancel my subscription but they haven’t gonna back to me about it. N he lied about the payments aswell, told me n my mate that it’s was 20$ a fortnight but then when it first come out it was 41$ like what?

This is a great small gym to go to the gym is clean and regularly gets new equipment. The staff and PTs are highly positive and motivating. The other gym users are always friendly.

Recently rejoined with snap after moving back into the area and couldn’t review them higher. Super friendly and welcoming staff, and even as a smaller gym they manage to excel. Highly recommend!

Joining Snap at Sherwood has made exercising fun again. I love the positive atmosphere, the staff are always up for a chat, and if I need an extra push I can join in one of the classes. I struggle to stay motivated to workout at home by myself, so training at Snap has made exercising part of my routine and I really enjoy coming here. Thanks for creating such a great environment to work out guys!

Snap Fitness 24/7 Sherwood is a great place to workout. The staff are very friendly and the ambiance is always amazing.

I've joined up recently, and love the atmosphere here. Its got a nice mix of young and old and for someone like me who has never been in a gym, its a very inclusive sort of place.feel at home.could do with a few more TV'S in the weights area
