Snap Fitness Carina is an awesome gym with all the equipment you need, they run nightly classes and have very experienced trainers. If anyone's looking for a great local gym with an awesome community vibe check these guys out.

Has many stuff that other snap doesn’t (at least from the one near my house). Many bikes, massages guns, separated area for stretching and warmups, new bench, 2 racks and many benches. The only problem is the odour that it’s really bad and i assume it’s because it is a long and narrow inside that the smell gets stuck. Other than that, amazing gym.

I’ve been going here for the last 3 years. The team are great, very nice and always got a good positive attitude. Most of the other gym users are great people with like minded goals. Great gym to make friends and get the extra support during your workout.

The team at snap fitness are so welcoming and friendly. They made me feel comfortable to progress my fitness journey. The equipment is fantastic and the gym is always clean!

Extremely poor customer service, I have been going to this gym for over 3 years a lot longer than the original contract. But when i try to leave my membership I get told that I have to pay for an additional 30 days. So after the 30 days of me paying you would think that the payments would stop but they haven’t. I have ended up paying an extra 200 for a membership that I no longer use. I also came to snap at 6: 30pm to talk about why I am still getting charged and why my card is not working there was a lady at the counter but she was very rude and disrespectful and waved at me to leave when the gym hours clearly say they close at 7pm. Sophia one of the workers was extremely stuck up when I was talking to her about all this very disrespectful and talking to me like I was a little kid or something. I would not recommend snap fitness to anyone.

Slimy gym practices from Snap: $0 Joining Fee, 6 Weeks Free! But they'll charge you $70 for an access card.give me a break. You can't rename your joining fee and call it an access card fee - and especially not if you hide the cost till the last minute. Theres a reason its not in the marketing content.

Great gym and good variety of equipment. The only negative are the bathrooms. I’ve been going here for a really long time and the bathrooms are way overdue for an upgrade. The hand dryers are ancient and pretty useless which is annoying as there’s no paper towels to use as a back up. The bathrooms always smell no matter what time of day it is and are generally just really gross especially when compared to other Snap Fitness’. Other than that the gym is great!

Clean, has all the amenities required of a gym, large spaces to work out.
The gym provides trainers you can book online and I've seen them in action with other clients in a really professional yet pleasantly casual.

I have been a member of Snap Carina two times in the last 10 years and on both occassions the following comments apply.
From the moment I signed up, to the moment I had to cancel, Snap Carina staff were professional, respectful, helpful, efficient and honest. There was never any hidden costs; everything was transparent. Comms were always plesant. Facilities were clean, tidy and the club has a friendly, diverse and down-to-earth vibe.
Pricing is afforable and direct debits were only ever taken as discussed and expected.
When needing to cancel the club went above my expectations to make it easy.
I will be back again once I'm able to do so.

Don’t come, this gym will keep charging U without any permission.

Frozen my membership during Covid. Emailed this gym that I would like to cancel my membership since I was overseas. However my membership was being unfrozen without any negotiation, which resulted in money coming our of my account for 3 months unknowingly. And they also use the third party named Ezi Failpay, so every time they failed to charge me, the Ezi Failpay just took around 8 AUD, and this happened for several times.

Stole $350 off me and have harassed me on and off for years to rejoin. This was via phone and email despite unsubscribing and repeatedly asking for them to cease contact.

There’s no support and respect for members and also the gym is so small and not many stuff to train with

I have been a member for some time and the gym is ok. However, I had quite a disappointing experience today. As the school holidays are on, my 9-year old kid is in my care. I took her along with me, all prepared to do her artwork in a corner and not disturb anybody. To my surprise, I was informed of their policy which doesn't allow minors unless they have a creche on site. In this day and age of flexibility and inclusion, this policy feels quite regressive to me.

Frozen my membership for 3 months and did not receive any communication that the membership was being unfrozen which resulted in money coming our of my account for 2 months unknowingly. Refused to help or reimburse when contacted.

The last call I have on my phone from this or any number connected with snapfitness is from the 25th of March. I don't understand where they have tried to contact me.

Really top gym. Great place to train with a great team. They all make themselves available to a chat, for some advice, or just a simple laugh. When getting to the gym is a pain, these guys always made it a little easier. Gym are gym - the culture is what keeps you coming back. This place has a solid culture and I genuinely enjoy training here.

I've been a member of Snap Carina for 7 weeks now. When I first started I had never been to a gym prior but was a high level tennis player. I came into Snap to work with Blake to fix my knee issues and correct my posture. Now I no longer require a knee brace and am stronger than ever without pain thanks to Blake and the Snap crew.

I have been a member of Snap Fitness Carina for around 7 years now. In this time the club has been able to support me in my endeavors to better myself whether that be through diet, training or mental health.

All the staff are extremely nice and always approachable to ask questions or even just have a general chat about everything else.

I have been to many other Snap's in the past, however, none will top Carina. Their facilities, staff and members are why I choose Snap Fitness Carina over any other club. If you're looking for the reason to sign up, this is it.

Blake Randall will get you where you need to go as far as PT is concerned. Quality over quantity is Blake's approach and it's great to see results after the age of 40 by working smarter, not harder. Loving the entire team at Snap Carina and it's a credit to Aran, Artemis and Blake who set a tone of camaraderie and humbleness which visibly flows through to every member. Fantastic to see a great cross-section of people who support each other with egos left at the door. Stellar job team!

Heavily persuaded into signing up to an membership offer that I was unhappy with, by a staff member named Artemis. I explained that I was wanting to casually use a gym and felt pressured into signing up into a costly high tier membership, as the conversation got tense. No focus on the customer and what suited my need. Seemed to be motivated by sales and getting a pay cheque than customer retention.
