Snap Fitness 24/7 Noosa

Shocking! I work on the road, so I have a snap 24/7 key and just pay for weeks or months at a time depending on where Im based (super simple really). All I wanted to do is update my card (with a weeks worth) and then get on with my training.but the arrogant lady behind the counter made that all a bit to hard

I will never train at snap again

By far my favourite gym on the coast! From the excellent facilities to the amazing community in the gym that makes it such a great place to focus on my fitness goals.
Theres always a friendly face greeting you at the door and a very diverse range of staff that are more then keen to help kick any goals:)
Definitely an amazing gym for newbies and seasoned veterans

I’ve been with snap Noosa for nearly 3 years I love being apart of the snap community such bright smiles an great energy the staff are amazing an helpful they’ve recently had an upgrade more new equipment an the place looks amazing an fresh i definitely recommend.

I cant speak more highly of this gym. It is so clean and has all the equipment your need for an all round workout.

The owners Kelly & Brad are so welcoming from the moment I walked in they made me feel like it was a home away from home they could have easily not bothered cause I am only a vistor and it isnt my home gym but it wasnt the case. They are absolutely lovely and I cant speak more highly of them.

Great welcoming treatment despite I was in Noosa as a tourist. The gym have everything you need for weight and cardiotraining.

I made use of the reciprocal rights and visited a few times recently when on holidays. The gym was exceptionally clean, with plenty of wipes and cool air-conditioning.

After finishing my workout, Kelly chatted to me about my workout, and encouraged me in pursuing my health goals. She was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me, even though I was only there as a visitor.

This is a great gym, be sure to check it out if you're a local, or drop in for a visit if you're holidaying around town.

Have been going to Franks for a long time when in Noosa before one too many issues with staff combined with the pricing finally pushed us away. Came into Snap Noosa not having the highest expectations but we were blown away by Kelly and the other staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff with a good selection of equipment. Definitely happy that we made the switch and we will definitely be coming back on all our future holidays!

Great staff members, it was a breeze signing up for the casual week! Gym has everything you need for a good workout. It was clean, dumbbells in order, and nothing broken.

For those travelling, the casual week will cost $39 + a refundable $20 for the 24/7 access card. Cheapest we found in the noosa area.

Great little gym with friendly staff. Has pretty much all the equipment you need for a basic weights or cardio routine. Never seems too busy but there are only one of each machine so if they're being used you may have to wait.
They also offer one week access which is handy for anyone visiting this holiday hot spot.

Clean and super well equipped gym. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a great part of my day to visit snap fitness.

Best gym in Noosa hands down. From the friendly staff, to the well maintained equipment. Wouldn't go elsewhere.

I signed up for Snap Noosa in 2017. I verbally in store asked for my payment to be cancelled and was told it would be. The next week I got an email saying I owed them money because I still had a membership (strange because I just cancelled it). I called up and asked for it to be cancelled again, they said yes but a few days later I received another email asking for money. I then sent numerous emails from asking them to cancel my payment. Despite my efforts they REFUSED to let me cancel. It is now 2019 and I just received a shocking email from a debt collector asking for $193.43 and if I refuse to do so they would take me to court. I messaged Snap Fitness via their website around a year ago to help resolve the matter but there was no reply and since they don’t have an email to message on their website I could not get through to them. I also tried calling another branch but they said I needed to contact the branch I signed up with to resolve the matter. I can’t believe a business is allowed to treat customers like this. I have been harassed and bullied by this franchise and I am warning all potential customers to stay clear. They are happy to take you in when you first want to sign up and as long as you pay them on time things are fine but as soon as you want to cancel your membership all hell breaks loose. There are far better gyms with staff who actually care about their customers out there. Avoid this business at all costs (maybe try jetts). It’s 2019 and I will not sit back and allow a money hungry cooperation like Snap Fitness to bully me or anyone else. Learn from my mistakes and don’t say I didn’t warn you!
