Super friendly staff, very clean facility, the PT Calvin is also very friendly and approachable and helpful in general so big ups to the Snap Fitness team

Been training here for around 4 months now, have tried a few other gyms in the area and would definitely say snap is that best, very friendly environment with great staff, and a great selection of equipment and machines. Would definitely recommend

Excellent gym. Nice outdoor section. Wide range of machines in good condition. Friendly and helpful manager.

Pac Pines was closed today for reno so came down here, should have went to Parkwood as they are always clean and equipment is up to date. Ancient Treadmills, dbells need replacing, water is warm and from what I heard from members here today it's been like this for awhile.

I go to Helensvale Snap when I want to avoid the crowd at my local one or shop at the Westfield.
It would have been my favourite gym to go to if they have a proper hip thrust area, more complete equipments (they don't have lying leg curls and hip abduct/adductors), & easy parking outside the gym (early morning isn't an issue, but in afternoon, it could take me 10mins+ to find parking).
Staff and most members are friendly.
Very nice vibe, not too crowded - I remember there were only 2 occassions in the last 3 years (both were in the afternoon) where I had to wait for a machine or the gym was packed. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Wipe stations are appropriately located and always full. The only time the bathrooms ever bothered me was when I was pregnant - whatever products they use to clean didn't go well with my sense of smell (hormones ‍️).

Have been at this place for a few years know I loved it here especially with sam running stuff he is always there for me and feels like another parent with all the stuff he is teaching me. I loved it and I will miss it and all the memories I have here. Only complaint is that the equipment is starting to get old and starting to break otherwise No complaints.

Absolutely would recommend, Sam is the manager is an absolute top person, gym isn’t to big nor too small and I always receive good vibes and advice from the team there!

Just started going to this gym a few months ago, but can definitely say that this is a perfect fit for me, has everything that I need at an affordable cost, also the staff throughout the whole time have been so helpful and supportive

Best gym by far has everything you need and the managers a good bloke will look after you big time good gym environment and everyone’s friendly with heaps of support

This gym is the best I’ve ever seen, the people are extremely nice and thoughtful as-well. I recommended everyone I know to join this gym as it has everything you need and the comfort is amazing, 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a gym to join that helps and encourages you to reach your goals and more.

Absolutely love this gym! Super friendly staff team and awesome PT’s there aswell.it is cheap and affordable and has everything you.need.highly recommend this gym to whoever wants a change or who wants to start. Cheers snap!

The manger and team here are the best they are very encouraging and supportive aswell as friendly. If you never know what your doing or you need help with form they are always here too help highly recommended
