Snap Fitness 24/7

Quite a poor gym compared to other snaps or other gyms. No abduction machine, no pec dec machine, no modern pull down handles or bars, limited area for stretching. Quite disappointing. Very basic gym overall.

Never recommend snap fitness again. When i join the gym they said there is no any cancellations policy now they are asking for 30 day policy. Owner keeps changing and making their own rules. Very disappointed with you service.

It’s clear the franchisee doesn’t want to spend any money… old, outdated, equipment in poor condition with many of the basic machines not even installed. Desperately needs a facelift and an injection of money and love.

Highly recommend staying away from these people, they are extremely greedy and a pack of thieves. Payed $200 for coaching sessions with one of the licensed gym instructors, which I never received, and they refuse to reimburse. On top of that they tried illegally charging my card, despite canceling my membership, had to call the bank to block any further transactions. Now trying to charge me over $110 for membership that has not been used in months and was canceled. Very poor form from a “legitimate” business

Snap Fitness Clayfield is one of the few Snap Fitnesses actually in good quality. Great machines, clearly looked after, same as the weights. Only negative, the aircon is set so high 24 degrees

I recently switched my gym membership from anytime fitness to snap. The manager at Clayfield has so far been awesome. I’ve never had someone be so welcoming and friendly at a gym in the 6 years I’ve trained. She was quick to show me around and assist with anything I needed. She showed genuine interest in my training program and is all around friendly.
The equipment and layout is already a huge positive compared to anytime fitness, and there’s no lock in contract. I’m so glad I switched over!

Very clean and has all the workout equipment I need. I don't use a personal trainer or attend any of the group classes on offer, so I can't comment on those.

Worst place to join in brisbane.
I ask them to stop my membership due to some injury in lower back and after 7 months they start deducting money and when i ask for refund they said they can not refund my money.
And when i ask them that i will not pay further for that then the lady there said we will put you in bad credit history. Even i don’t think they deserve one star.

I reffered a friend here and they ended up paying less than half I was paying. No customer loyalty here. Not happy.

The equipment is modern and works perfectly with good entertainment on the cardio machines. My all time favourite Snap Fitness gym

New fit out is MINT.as a PT myself this gym is paramount to any others in the local area and also the cleanest!

Interesting snap, alot of old equipment, the dumbell and bench I used were both broken. No access to the TRX, kettle bells, ropes/cardio area unless you switch your membership to that gym which is quite dissapointing as snap is supposed to be all access, I understand a value add of a sauna or something but access to basic gym equipment should always be available. The staff seem good which give it an extra star. Apparently it may be getting renovated this year. I recommend going to another snap within the area until this is completed.

My regular gym, has everything you need from a 24/7 gym. It's well maintained so never had issues with broken fitness equipment.

Great location! Small to medium in sizing, but amenities cater to most fitness needs, including various cross fit workout machines (located in basement). Definitely recommend visiting if you are in the Clayfield region.
