4The smell is too overwhelming for me in this store but the kids love it and it has a good range of back to school items.
Very disappointed with our experience. The staff member who served us clearly did not want to be there. She had absolutely no customer service. We weren’t acknowledged, we weren’t offered any assistance and the staff member didn’t offer us a bag for our item. These are basic customer service duties that are literally in the job description of customer service representative. Hopefully for her sake she was just having a bad day. Because if that’s her day to day attitude, if I was her manager I’d be extremely disgusted
Crack for kids. From China, to smiggle, to your house, to the dump. Consumerism at its environment destroying finest.
Unkind old lady staff. Where is the young kind staff? I love smiggle but I will go another shop not that shop in next time.
