Smiggle

I just shopped here with my little sister and it was the best experience I ever had at a smiggle. Not only was the store tidy and easy to manoeuver, but the staff were amazing, cheerful and so bubbly with their personality. In particular, I was served by Maiah and with her attitude and personality, you would think she found her dream job. 10/10 would absolutely shop here again:)

Have shopped here a few times & always been able to find a present with the assistance of the very helpful staff.

The service is great and the staff is so friendly and bright. As soon as I walk in I'm so excited to shop there. The stationary is really good quality and the scents are lovely. The only downside about this place is the price but that is understandable because of the items and how their really good quality. I like the craver saver program. It's so kind how you get a free item.

The quality of the products are good but not great. The store display looks terrible.

Also, the staff are extremely rude but I guess the store looks more visible as it is upstairs from the food court next to EB Games. The store is bright and colourful and can be good in a few ways I suppose.
They should have two registers on either side of the store to reduce the queues of people waiting to be served. But the store would be fantastic if only there were better staff.

Smiggle always sells great stationary for my children. Prices are pretty pricy but its whats expected at a store. Staff are pretty helpful at times. ;
