Smiggle

We bought this $60 lunchbox and within a few weeks of use, we found that mould had accumulated inside the seal. We’ve bought a lot of Smiggle products before but this is a new design that features a seal rather than removable components like the other lunchboxes. This was clearly a design or manufacturing flaw as the seal cannot be removed without damaging the efficacy of the product. We took up the matter with the headoffice via email who told us to follow up with the store. The staff at this store were very helpful and offered to let us pick a new replacement. While the entire experience wasn’t the most convenient, I think the staff at this store did a wonderful job resolving the matter. I thank them and applaud their customer service. I cannot recall ever being served by such a rude shop "assistant". The eye roles, audible sighs and reposturing would have beeen totally comical in a movie, but in these times, staff cannot afford to treat customers with such disrespect. Go find a job you love!

Purchased some stationary here for my fiance once, absolutely incredible here! Wide range of stationary to choose from and everything is so cute! I still buy from here even though i'm not a child! The staff are so friendly!

Came here looking for a Christmas present for my partner's little cousin. I don't really have much experience with children so felt a little out of my depth. The shop assistant was ever so helpful and showed me all the age appropriate gifts within my budget. Great customer service!
