Phoned at 8.11am, message "phone back during opening hours" web site say opens at 8.00am!
Was trying to arrange a fitness stress test, web site says practice specialises in this area, avoids need of referral to cardiologist, but will need to see GP first. When i eventually got through, was told the GP dealing with the tests was not taking any new patients. What a load of time wasting BS

Not happy with services received, not friendly front desk services! It is a shame that the doctor services is just another money making industry!

Dr Mawe has provided exceptional professional care and consideration at each and every appointment for all members of my family, my children look forward to seeing Dr Mawe. Having a genuine GP who takes the time to get to know his patients for the best outcomes is one you want for life. The administration staff are friendly and efficient. I've never waited any extended period of time. This isn't a medical centre where you are just a number, your health and well being are their priority.

They booked appointment at 11-12 on sat.for my wife, we went with our baby. They told us me and my baby can not use waiting area, have to wait outside in hot summer! Because reception is closing at 11. Why you book your last appointment at 11 then! You get high fees and dnt let us use waiting area!

Merridown Medical Centre my wife, 3 kids and I have been going there for decades with all sorts of medical issues and I must say merridowns family surgery and team have had 100 % result in a very very professional and friendly manner. I remember when our daughter was 4 and erridowns family surgery diagnosed her with pneumonia and one of her lungs had collapsed, she was diagnosed with the flu elsewhere! If it wasn't for merridowns surgery our daughter may not be here today.
I thought I was having a heart attach at end of day at work, rang the centre, my doctor kept the clinic open - did numerous test and a taxi to take my blood sample to Brisbane that nite to test for signs of heart attack -and my doctor was going t notify me that nite if there was a issue -all was good but that top service you would be hard to find elsewhere. In all very professional proactive team and would recommend them for all your medical checkups and issues. Keep up the great work
