Seem OK got my pavers and a courtesy trailer. Thank you.but since we have not had any rain, the yard is very, very dusty, almost the same as powder.hop in the car, and it's everywhere it's a shame they didn't put a bitumen driveway around the yard, but one can't be too choosy.

VERY nice lady who gave me a lot of help, and great attitude (even had a laugh) :) I would use again for sure. Prices are very good.

I went in today just after a couple of bags of the Lava Rock pebbles for my garden bed. I really can’t stress enough how the staff are absolutely amazing. They are super friendly, happy to help, great senses of humour. That good ol’ customer service you rarely see these days shines brightly here.

My partner and I are going to lay turf and pavers in the backyard in the near future, we will definitely be coming back to get our supplies from you folks. Well done, keep it up!

If you need sand, gravel or stones then this is the best place on the Gold Coast the staff are soooooo friendly and quick to get you on your way with what you need and the prices are not bad as well. Definitely worth the effort to get there, I will actually drive the extra 30minutes just to get my stuff from them.

Fantastic service. I rang to order some gravel and the lady who helped me stopped me from ordering a monstrous amount, helping me put it into perspective. Not many companies would help you get your order right and stop you from over ordering.
Asked if they could deliver the next day and they were more than happy to.

If the advertised closing time is 4.30pm on a Friday - why do customers get waved away at 4.15pm? Not impressed.

We received excellent service today, we visited yesterday, liked what we saw, staff were friendly so we went back to buy what we needed today. We can not speak highly enough of Karen and Don, thank you to the both of you for been so helpful. We found the place tidy, organised, well stocked, products were labelled so we didn't have to ask staff every 5mins how much something was which was great and the products were priced quite reasonably actually. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great shopping experience, much appreciated

First time here, very pleasant setting. But I didn’t like how the very old lady at the counter treated us. She treated us like were scum. She didn’t approach us if we needed help. Then when I asked about some stuff she was real rude about the answer. Clearly we were néw to this. Then we tried to ask for advise because what we read (which we were confused about) she then gave us a rude answer like she really wanted us away. We bought our things paid for it but had no clue what next. She could’ve told us but no she waited for me to ask do you help or do we get it ourselves? Yea she told to go get a trolley and grab them yourself. Very poor customer service. To the cashier, Maybe smile next time.

Delivery driver was absolutely horrible

Have used Smart Stone a few times now. This is generally much cheaper than going to Bunnings (even with delivery fees) and staff are super helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
