Our experience selecting a new mattress was a very positive expereirnce with Desley offering very sound and knowledgeable advice.

The range of bedding was good. We were invited to try out various mattresses and compare them till we found the one that suited us. Desley the lovely salesperson was excellent! She was informative and well informed. It was an enjoyable experience. The only downside was the length of time we will have to wait for the mattress to arrive. Otherwise I have nothing but praise for Sleepy’s Townsville!

Sleepy’s Townsville has been nothing but amazing. I went in after a very tough day at work on Wednesday and the sales consultant Rhi was brilliant. I got a quote done on the spot.returned 2 days later and got the package all sorted to be delivered within a few days.

Had the most amazing customer service and when I had dropped a $50 note is was returned to me immediately. My son also found a mattress that he loved. I was so incredibly impressed as we were even able to return just upon closing to pick the mattress up. Last night was the first night in years, I've woken up with no pain in my lower back and hips. Sleepy’s is a welcoming store with down to earth knowledgeable staff who are with you every step of the bedding purchasing experience. I dealt with Desley who was knowledgeable, and so easy to deal with. It felt like family were helping you. This will be my go to store in the future, no more shopping around for me.

Any company is good when it comes to new sales as they want your money but when you need some warranty this company wants you to do all of the work for them.
They ask you to follow up with the manufacturer and you to follow up with the freight company I may as well have taken the mattress back to Brisbane to save everyone some time!

Lyn at Domain Townsville knew her products and was very informative explaining the functions of the adjustable beds, as well as the different types and comforts of the mattresses. She was friendly, helpful and extremely patient towards my elderly Mum who was purchasing the bed. Lyn checked the stock was available instore, put the payment through and organised prompt delivery in a very efficient manner. It was a pleasure to deal with an experienced salesperson and we will continue to give our business to Sleepy's and recommend Lyn to anyone in Townsville shopping for a good quality bed.

Quality service and provided a great deal of insight into mattresses and bedding - Desley in particular at Domain was very helpful and organised delivery to our needs.

We arrived in store and was immediately acknowledged even though Desley was serving another customer. She then came to serve us showed us a range of suitable beds and features of the bed and discussed suitable linen. We bought the bed, linen and arranged delivery.
