Loved dealing with Sue and team! We were lucky to get a great Black Friday deal and appreciated Sue’s thorough customer service that allowed us enough time to try and bed we enjoyed. Helped out with the delivery logistics for us in a remote area. Will come back again when it’s time for an upgrade!

My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a new mattress from Nathan at sleepy’s. From the moment we walked in he was friendly, knowledgeable, worked with our sleeping style preferences, explained the NASA engineering involved with the mattress (who knew they could be so hi-tec!?) and most importantly found us the perfect mattress within our budget. Props to Nathan and the team!

So many places open late on a Thursday that I didn't think twice about walking into Sleepy's at 4: 45pm.
I don't like pushy salespeople, so I routinely decline initial offers to help when I walk into a store.
I intended to browse, but quickly realised that browsing a store full of mattresses I knew nothing about was not going to help me decide.
Nathan was there almost as soon as I walked in the door, and when I said I wished to browse, he handled my decline like a pro. He asked about my search priorities and guided me to some suitable options, without me feeling on any occasion that he was going to stick to me like glue.
When I told him that the initial options were outside my budget, he didn't make me feel cheap and did an equally thorough job of explaining the features of lower priced alternatives.
Nathan is warm and easygoing, whilst also demonstrating fantastic product knowledge, and he has a natural aptitude for customer service that cannot be taught.
Whenever I feel like I'm being pushed into purchasing something, I just leave, but I ended up buying a mattress the same day, and felt 100% happy with my final choice.
It was nearly 6pm when purchase and warranties were complete, and later that evening I looked at Google for Sleepy's opening times to tell my son, and discovered that the store closes at 5pm.
Most staff would have at least closed the door to stop additional people coming in after closing, even if they had every intention of staying to serve customers already in the store, but Nathan gave me the impression that he had all the time in the world, and never once mentioned that the store should have closed at 5pm.
Needless to say, I would highly recommend Nathan and Sleepy's.

Had a very good visit at Sleepy's Rockhampton on Sunday. Top serve the store manager made sure we had the right bed to suit us before we left the store. Have brought from there before and was very happy with there service.

I would like to express mine and my wife's Gratitude to both Kyra and Sue from Sleepy's Rockhampton for going above and beyond for us this week.
We had a beautiful adjustable bed we bought from Sleepy's Oxlyey in Brisbane and had it in storage while we were moving to Mackay.
When we went to our storage shed we found to our horror that it had become infested with rats!
Amongst several things destroyed was one of the mattresses from our bed. Needless to say we were devastated.
We rang Sleepy's head office and the lady was very helpful and emailed us a copy of out original invoice and we rang Sleepy's Rockhampton as it was on our way.
They had exactly the mattress we lost in stock and when Kyra and Sue heard and saw what had happened (we still had the destroyed mattress with us) they looked after us by giving us the mattress at the same price we had originally bought it for three years earlier!
Needless to say we were floored!
They didn't have to do that but they are just such good genuine people, we are eternally grateful.
We would recommend Sleepy's without hesitation and we will be customers for life.

We had Kyra as our sales lady and she was extremely knowledgeable and very kind, we ended up buying a set up we would never have thought of if it wasn’t for this lady helping us through. 10/10 marks for Sleepy’s rocky and Kyra

Our Salesperson Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered advice and direction on mattress choices as well as pillows and mattress protector. He offered choices within our budget which meant we were able to make a purchase while in store.

We bought a mattress off Sue over 10 years ago and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Excellent friendly service

2nd time in 15yrs I've been here. Perfect experience each time. Kyra very helpful 2nd time around. Answered all questions and was informative on all mattress types. Shop clean. Delivery still to come but confident it will go smoothly. Also free old mattress removal on top, which is handy. Overall very pleased. Cant fault the service at all. Thanks again Sleepy's Rocky.

Sue was so kind, attentive and helpful. We came in having no idea what we wanted or needed, and left having purchased the perfect mattress for us- not to mention it's getting delivered in 2 days! So excited. Great experience.

Once again top service in the showroom. Sleepy Sue very good with knowledge and more than willing to share. Recommend her to anyone. However delivery driver assistant looked like he just got out of bed. Very happy with our purchase.
