After some disappointing customer service at nearby outlets, my wife and I entered Sleepy's and was warmly welcomed by Clare! With 3 young kids in tow, Clare ensured they couldn't escape so we could choose our new mattress stress free. We chose slightly above our original price range due to Clare's excellent knowledge on what would suit us and we couldn't be happier! After confirming our delivery day, Terry called and said he had picked up our mattress to deliver to the store but was happy to go out of his way and deliver that day (one day early). Outstanding service and a great product! Thank you

The only warning I would give about the bed is, it's so good we slept in until 10am!

I loved my experience
I went in to get a new mattress that is good for my spine and sleep, I do have a spinal disease and in the future ill get worse so the adjustable was on my list to get, she was very nice and helpful she was very welcoming, she asked many questions about my health and sleep. I asked meny questions about the adjustable base and was told everything from warranty/ issues if it occurred and was very happy with her knowledge. She did give me many discounts and also got a new bed frame that is suited for the adjustable and had heaps of options of finish. Also alot of options of payments including lay-by and humm. I also can call up to make payments aswell via the link they send you. Highly recommended.

My experience with Sleepy's Ipswich (two stores, West Ipswich and Booval) has been nothing short of exceptional and spans a few years now. This is because the Manager, Ashley, is incredibly good at her job from product knowledge to customer service and beyond. Ashley thinks outside the box and on two occasions has come up with innovative solutions to my particular needs. In this she has been assisted by Terry who delivers and installs. It is very clear to me that Ashley provides the kind of leadership that inspires her team and I would think makes it possible for them to be proud of the store team and the organisation. I wouldn't go elsewhere for a bed and I highly recommend Sleepy's Ipswich.

Mel, Clare and Ashley were very helpful and friendly in assisting me find and purchase a new mattress that met my needs. They were all very knowledgeable and did not pressure me to spend more than I was comfortable with. They were focused on ensuring I was comfortable even though it took me a while to decide. They also were able to organise removal of my old mattress for free and have a 60 day exchange guarantee. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Mel, Clare and Ashley!

I visited sleepy's ipswich store and was greeted with a very warm friendly welcome from Ashley. Ashley had very professional customer service skills, extremely patience and was very approachable and welcoming. I'm definitely be buying products from Sleepy's Ipswich in the future.

I walked into the store just to look at mattresses with my partner and the store manager was absolutely lovely. We were not sure if we were going to get approved and she was amazing helping with everything. I would recommend the store manager to everyone she is awesome.
