We recently purchased our second Sleepy's mattress after nine and a half years of blissful sleep in our previous/first Sleepy's mattress. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our indecisiveness regarding the mattress and size. They patiently explained the differences between models and offered insights into which would best suit our needs. We weren't even sure about the size. After making a deposit, we decided to change it, and Sleepy's made the switch effortlessly and without any hassle. Even though we were past the sale period, they still offered us a fantastic price.

Throughout the process, communication was flawless. We were truly impressed by the genuine helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, which made the entire purchase stress-free and enjoyable. It's worth noting that Sleepy's claims a lifespan of ten years for their mattresses, and ours lived up to that promise, lasting a remarkable nine and a half years. We originally purchased a chiropractor-approved mattress, and we're thrilled to continue our journey with Sleepy's exceptional products and outstanding service

We didn't realise how much there is to know about a mattress until we met Tara at Sleepy's. Her knowledge of mattresses and and how she was able to match us with the best mattress for us was brilliant. The best part is that we have never slept this well in many many years.

Great price given quality, locally made & estimated quick turn around /delivery given custom items. Highly recommend!

Amazing service from Sherree at the fortitude valley store. She took the time to get to know me and how I sleep. She then explained the benefits of each of the mattress options and allowed plenty of time to lay on them in store. Super friendly and you could tell immediately she knew what she was talking about. A great salesperson with a wealth of knowledge and huge asset to the store.

We visited the store to try and help a family member who has not slept well for decades and is recovering from lower-limb problems. Paula took the time to talk through the options, demonstrate the products and find the best solution. Within 3 days of installation of the adjustable bed, a 30+ year insomniac was converted into a nightly-sleeper! I cannot recommend this Team enough; they are never too busy to help and always happy to answer any questions you might have. Wish we had looked at this solution years ago!
