Abit of a tight squeeze when its busy. 60 minutes play s perfect for me since the kids cry they dont want to leave but they know when the time is up we need to leave. The deals they have are a good price. The food is abit pricey though

Don’t normally post reviews but we had such a great time I wanted to make a shout out to our amazing party host Macaroni~ she was the best! She gave our party so much spirit and made it 100% more fun! Thank you Macaroni!

Great place for kids and adults. Plenty of trampolines to jump and do flipping stuff. The obstacles course and climbing are awesome. Highly recommended:)

We rate our experience 10/10. The atmosphere was energic. The host was fabulous and couldn't do enough for us and the party its self was value for money with what we received. I would highly recommend SkyZone Macgregor for parents that want an easy party that is value for money and allows you the time to actually enjoy the party with your kids!

We celebrated my son's 11th birthday party here today, it was amazing.brilliant service, staff were helpful and friendly specifically Dan. A big thanks to Dan. Boys had wonderful time. I highly recommend this place.

This place was chaotic today and well exceeded the covid per sqm rule. At least 2 parties running simulataneously per hour with each party about 10 kids across 5 rooms. It was chaotic and booked a party room but was only able to use in the last 20 minutes. Was rushed in and rushed out. Not nice. Dont recommend.

The staff are fantastic with kids. Even when absent minded parents aren't watching their own children the staff are there ensuring safety and fun with all the kids in their section. The place is clean and well maintained and my kids had a ball. The only negative are those daft parents letting their kids run around like it is Lord of the Flies.

Brilliant service. Great safe setup. Everyone knows what they are doing. Is a fun place to be. Rock Climbing, Jumping, Laser Tag, Simple Food and Drinks. Fast service. Course layout was Safe and Fun. Hopefully get to go back sooner then later.

Cannot rate this place high enough. The staff go above & beyond here & my son had a ball thanks so much skyzone staff for being so accommodating & giving AMAZING customer service

We celebrated my son's 10th Birthday here today. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The boys all had a great time rock climbing, jumping & playing laser tag. Highly recommend!

My little one could only go on the trampoline as she wasnt tall enough for other things. Felt like there should be more things for toddlers too.

We had an amazing time at our son's birthday at Skyzone, Macgregor. Sadly, one of our guests twisted his ankle but I could not fault the staff's attentiveness and care in making sure his injury was looked after and that he was able to participate in other activities like laser tag as he had to miss out on the jumping and rock climbing. The pizzas and chips were delicious and all the kids had an amazing time.

Good fun kids but unfortunately not good customer service and organisation. My friend bought tickets for her daughter's birthday party. Unfortunately, due lockdown the celebration didn't go ahead. Sky Zone didn't reimbursed her money but gave her free passes. She couldn't book online to use a couple of the passes today with my daughter. After 20 minutes on the phone awaiting to be answered, she was told to just show up and no need of bookings. When we came in, we were asked about the bookings and the places was full. After our explanation, our kids were allowed in and had a good time but the place weren't full at all we felt like begging to enter "for free" when in reality all tickets were paid in full.

Kids love this place. Great cafe for the parents to have a coffee and relax. The staff are really efficient, professional and take an interest in the safety and fun of the kids.

Great place for kids birthdays. They offer a package and take care of the kids for you. You have a staff member organising kids for the period booked. Loads of fun for kids. Highly recommended

My partner and I brought our 3 daughters here today. Today is our youngest daughters 6th birthday. We made no booking, but we were able to jump pretty much straight away. Had some lunch then went in for laser tag. Our 6 year olds vest and gun kept not working (because she kept knocking them together) the staff let us have a free turn for the inconvenience. Which was super awesome. But the same happened again. Not only did the staff let us all jump again for free for compensation but they gave us half the money back for the laser tag. Everyone was so nice and I have to say all 3 of my girls had a wonderful time, especially the birthday girl. We will 100% be back.

Came on a monday morning at 10am when the website says they open and waited 30mins sitting in the car because they weren't opened yet. I saw one staff member walk in through the staff door so i tried calling but they were not answering phone.not sure what happened. Many people came and left. It was not a public holiday. Very dissapointed

Not what it used to be. A very different experience to what I always remembered. Cafe is expensive. Activities seems to be less for a higher price tag. Everything costs extra.

Came here for a work party and was pleasantly surprised at how much fun we had. I've been to a few trampoline parks and this was definitely the best. Thanks to the friendly staff Taylee, who really looked after us the whole time we were there.

The kids absolutely loved this place, the only downfall is if you want your kids too eat you should order on arrival! I have been here several times and there is always a very long wait for food.
