I have been a loyal customer of skinny’s for over 8 years, I really miss the previous owners and staff - their bright and bubbly personalities would absolutely make my day. Since the new owners took over - For the past year I have noted that most times I go in - I walk out disappointed— the customer service is atrocious and the attitude of the owner is really poor. I am a registered nurse and give a lot to my community & it’s so sad to see people in the community lack professionalism and basic kindness. It’s not hard to be kind. Unfortunately it’s the older staff that let down the rest and I’ll be looking for a new coffee shop.
I never leave a bad review unless completely necessary - however when there is repeated poor behaviour — it needs to be addressed. A) doesn’t hurt to smile. B) greet your customers C) eye contact goes along way D) your professionalism and mannerisms are what keeps customers loyal.
Extremely poor customer service.

Love this place, whenever im in Townsville and working in Bohle area, this is THE go to for me and for any sweet things im buying for the team.

Was referred by a friend as i had never been there, arrived with a picture of a burger and couldn't be happier with the result, great produce, they took pride in what they do and great customer service, I will be back

Charging the same amount for a sandwich and using wonder white bread coffee burnt and milk heated to undrinkable temperatures

Overpriced for average products

Usually the coffee is so fantastic but Saturday was very ordinary & tasteless.
Always best if the older lady or the girl with black hair makes it, all the rest of workers are no good at baristering the coffee, possibly need more training at it.
If these two people are not on the counter then I won't order.

Wonderful service. Platters were very well presented and ready for me to pick up. Feedback from guests was all positive. Will be using again.

Lots of choices, all varieties of food. Staff are terrific. I love the little nibbly with the coffee.

These guys have been in the bizz for as long as I can remember, they have a large range of deli style sandwiches, that is worth the drive and the mention

If you want to get a healthy meal for lunch or breakfast then this is the place to come! You can get vegan you can get gluten free you can get salads or very fresh and tasty with different sauces, not boringly healthy. Not t the cheapest and the coffee is not my favourite but the service from the young girls was excellent and extremely helpful. This is highly recommended.
