I recently bought Womens slippers, Ugg boots and a jacket from skinny’s Ugg boots at Clontarf and the lady that served me was nice and polite and went out of her way to help me, Al staff are lovely and I can’t fault the customer service, I’m extreamly happy and will be going there again soon,

Extensive range of sheep skin boots, slippers, shoes and scuffs. A large range of Australian souvenirs. Sheep skin car seat covers and many other items. The sheep skin footwear is expensive but it is genuine sheep skin. Very helpful female shop assistant. If you are looking to keep warm this shop is worth a visit!

Pre-history:
I bought 2x pairs of ugg boots (for myself and my mum-in-law) 4 and 3 years ago.
Male sales person in both cases was very helpful, boots was amazing.

History:
After four years my ugg boots degraded badly so, decided to buy another pair.
We're relocated to Morayfield and has local Skinnys store here but - just because we're been here before decided to make short trip to Clontarf again (today 27/05/2023 at 2PM).
And.
Straight from the entry (counter is not visible from entry) we says "Hello" - silence.
OK, come in anyway and, when approaching to counter, we heard "Hi, how are you" from sales person (~40 y.o. Lady) - no smile.
OK, we don't mind.
Went inside and start looking for boots - sales person was busy - not an issue to us.
Checked one pair of ugg boots - too small - start looking bigger size around - sales person pops up for help - no smile. OK
Asked her for bigger size - she spotted that I have socks on and start lecturing me that socks have to be off.
IT IS MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE AND I DO HAVE REASON FOR, by the way.
Nope - she gave me no chance to say anything - keep lecturing me.
My exact phrase - "if you gonna talk I gonna walk away. Just give me boot to try on".
Her respond - me are rude and my behaviour is discussing.
WHAT?
I am prefer to not deal with personalities like this so - we are just walked away.

Yes, we visited us local Skinnys in Morayfield and bought ugg boots here (just ~300 meters from us place).

Finally - minus 5 stars customer service.
Newer will be back again to Skinnys Clontarf.

Wonderful place for souvenirs when in Brisbane, Australia. Very good prices, and you’ll be spoiled for choice. The lady at the counter, Jen, is a great help.

Hubby and I decided to get covers for our GQ shorty Bruce and staff did an amazing job we love them so much would highly recommend and very happy with my colour choice thanks guys Lisa and Dave Campbell

Get your ugh boots here and also some really cool wool lined boots. Awesome sheep skins, really plush plus some cool Australiana souvenirs.

Skinnys has good quality ugg boots, be prepared to pay for them though. Service was very friendly.

Products are good and Bruce is nice to do business With. Eevery visit can be enjoyable only if Michael "the sale manager" is not there. I'm sure you don't want to see her rude and rough Intract with the workers and visitors.
I feel terribly sorry for all the workers involved.

POOR QUALITY. I am disappointed. The $99 boots starting to fall apart after a week since June 15th purchased date. The glue used seems is not strong enough to stict atleast way longer. I will definitely want my money back if these glue they reapplied will fall apart again.
Im beggining to doubt the quality after this experience.

I bought my black Shoreline Ugg boots from here and they are just so comfortable to wear its like having slippers on.

One of the rudest customer service I ever met.
We were still looking for things around when sales assistant approached saying "Have a nice day! Everyone to the doors! " still talking on her phone. It was in the middle of the day with no other customers in the store.

Great store (beside factory) but prices have risen over the years.
