Came in here for a pair of shoes that I already know what I gonna get, there only 1 staff and about 10 people waiting, I know she are doing her very best at her job but standing there 30mins just to pay is ridiculous, poor customer service, not because of staff but the manager who putting 1 staff for a retail store in a busy shopping centre

Went there today to get a pair of shoes for myself and walked out with gifts for the whole family. The staff was super helpful and patient with my requests. Highly recommend shopping in the Surfers Paradise store. Hands down the best customer service provided by the two Brazilians working there!
