Skechers Pacific Fair

Walked into the store today. There were two consultants in store one lady was busy with a customer. The other lady with dreadlocks came from out the back of the store clearly on her break as she was still eating when she came back into the store. We stood for a good 5 minutes in front of the men’s shoe area wanting to get information on some shoes for myself. The young lady coming back from her break looked at us. Then proceeded to walk to the other side of the store and straighten up some displays. We continued to wait a while longer she kept looking at us and ignoring us.
Unfortunately for her and the store after a few more minutes of being ignored. We left and purchased shoes else where. Not 100% sure why she felt we didn’t need to attended or even asked if we needed assistance but in this case it has resulted in 2 things. Sketchers loosing a first time customer and the Broadbeach store ensuring that we will never return. I’m fairly certain that you will have KPIs to meet and store expectations to achieve. You won’t be doing either of those with that level of service.

A good but small store, not as much range on display as some of the other Skechers stores I've been to in the past. Located just down from kmart:)

Disgusting customer service and return policies! I purchased these sneakers on Tuesday, and wore them 'inside' for 20min before work on Wednesday morning. They were very tight so I opted to wear my Vans to work instead and intended to take them back that evening. Got sidetracked and eventually went back to the store Saturday afternoon with the sneakers in immaculate condition as purchased, their original undamaged box and receipt.
I didnt want a refund just the next size up as im 13 weeks pregnant and forgot my feet swell up during pregnancy.
I was immediately told
"No we won't take these back as the dont look 'shiney' and the sticker on the bottom has been pulled off" They mentioned scuff marks on the bottom of the sole I said show me, impossible as they were worn only on tiles for 20mins in my home! They couldn't point out where and decided to point at the sticker peeled off and them not being 'shiney'
Absolutely ridiculous! Esp considering their website says 'Not worn outside'
My husband and I have been purchasing all our healthcare footware from this store since 2018, and have always been so happy with the service and selection of shoes on offer.
Definitely will not be returning to Skechers Pac Fair, its actually turned me right off Sketchers in general.

Great products. Really good shoes so comfortable. Great prices. Give them a go you will not be disappointed. So easy to care for. Try them now.

What a great experience at this store today. I was served by Rachel she was so lovely and very interested in helping me. She helped my try on a number of shoes as im quite fussy until I found the perfect pair! 5/5

We’re visited the store on Sunday 26/6at 3: 50pm. The staff was very rude, bad customer service (skinny lady). Never come back again. Hope store owner read this message

Was served by Rachael on Friday and what an angel. Looking at these reviews shows she knows what she is doing and I’ve witnessed it and she does a phenomenally.
Very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been into some sketchers shops and I have not received service like this. Other Staff need a lesson from Rachael on what good customer service is, what an asset to your business Sketchers. Keep up the amazing work Rachael I’ll be coming back

Yesterday I was served by Rachel while late night shopping. She was the most wonderful staff member and made my decision extremely easy. She was willing to have a chat and provide many options. I would definitely go back just to be served by her! I rarely write reviews on customer service as I also work in retail but she was absolutely incredible!

Last week my grandmother and I went into sketchers and was served by a lady named Rachel. We were both amazed with her customer service, how caring she was and how easy she made the exchange of shoes. By far, the greatest customer service experience I have ever seen. 10/10 and would definitely shop there again.

Staff were great, found the music very loud. This made it very dificult to hear what the assistant was saying.
For gods sake lower the music.

We went into the Pacific Fair Store today & received the absolute best Customer Service from Rachel that we have had anywhere in the world. Super friendly, very helpful & very knowledgeable. We ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes & with service like that we will become regular customers.

We visited this store Thursday 25th March 2021.
Our service by Rachael was amazing. She was very knowledgeable with the products and patient, kind and a pleasure to be served by. Instead of 1 pair we purchased 2:)

Customer service was really good.
We were after shoes for our little one who is 16 months and there were many options available.

The salesman was not welcoming although seemed to struggle to be polite or it may have been nerves? Nice store although not much wide shoes stock or sales like Skechers in Garden City
