Love this store! Had some great help by a girl when I went in for some rollerblades. (Girl with a nose ring) They were super helful and polite. Even remembered me about 2 weeks later when I went in to look for something they did not stock, she helped guide me to another store. Very casual yet professional in their approach, perfect fit for such a store!

Fantastic staff with great knowledge. Large range of skateboards, roller skates and scooters for all ages. Prices are very competitive and reasonable.

Great knowledge and passion for what they do and we highly recommend them on the Sunshine Coast. Check there range of custom scooters for something different as well. Very well priced and we are proud to supply such a good store like this one.

Went in to purchase a T-tool, asked about the Allen key with in the product. The employee said the Allen key fitted the skates. Purchased two, tested one at home. The product didn’t do as intended so I checked for a refund and I was informed that no refunds were given even though the 2nd purchase wasn’t opened. The Staff member thought it was humorous and said it was a miscommunication. Never informed us about the regulated refund policy to begin with. Overall poor customer service and staff who couldn’t be bothered to inform buying customers that they don’t do refunds.

Went to the store and asked specifically about a certain product they sold and the store worker told us it would fit and would be useful for our skates and then we drove 45 minutes home just to find out that she was wrong and doesn’t at all know what she’s talking about. We then call up and explain that her knowledge was incorrect and asked to come back in for a refund and then told us they don’t do refunds and the worker also didn’t bother to tell us before purchasing their product that they don’t do refunds at all!

If skating is Ur thing U can go passed this store, get in n talk to the team they know their stuff, n from what iv seen they are passionate!

The young man was very informative. I sort of knew what I wanted, but he gave me the time and helped me with my purchase.

Brilliant. Loved it. Staff are awesome, great advice, service, and an amazing selection of skates, blades, helmets, protective gear, + really cool socks!

Staff member admitted to me she "didn't remember her training" after I asked her what softness of longboard bushings they had in stock. She also didn't know what spacers were and when I asked if she had them she said that Bones Reds bearings might come with them, although she "couldn't recall". (They definitely do not come with spacers). I'd hate for less knowledgeable customers to be duped into buying them because staff say there's a possibility they come with spacers, very misleading.

Overall, pricing was not that bad. But a bit of a shame their staff didn't have a clue about longboarding.

Great staff but didn't have all the gear for true skaters. Good shop to browse while you're at the plaza though.
May have been sold out of stock over Christmas, not sure.

Excellent service, helped my son fitting a new helmet and offered great advice and modification of padding free of charge for best fit.

Very unhelpful & unfriendly staff. Asked about a scooter bag they sell and he replied instantly that they have no stock & to just go online, I informed him that the bag is made in two sizes but the site doesn't specify which size they stock so hoped to see it in person. Instead of trying to find out the size or help I was told they have 5 stores, as if it's my mistake to even ask & totally irrelevant to the customer. No help offered getting details, no assistance, no point. Seemed more eager to get back to chatting with co-worker. The owner needs to have better sales staff to prevent customers just going online elsewhere (cheaper) & to avoid wasting time with unhelpful retail stores. Would of been a return customer.

I've just unboxed and rode my new Evolve Carbon GTR and WOW this thing is INSANE! You might think $2k is alot to spend on a skateboard but this ain't no skateboard. If you've heard Seth Centurys track dear science well we don't yet have a hover-board but the Evolve is the next best thing.
Just wanna shout out to Nick, Branick and the crew for sorting me out. I highly recommend visiting them if your in the market for some new wheels, even if your not hit em up for a test run on an evolve and I guarantee you'll wanna walk outta the store with your new life changing toy.

Very happy with the service. My son saved up for his first board, went instore, talked to the staff for advice, walked out ten minutes later with his new board, and he loves it.
