Went in today with my son who bought a new long board. The service was outstanding and really knowledgeable and took their time with us. Would definitely shop here again!

Just purchased a whole new skateboard setup, helmet and protective gear - spent $610 and they wouldn’t even put the board together for us. Their reason being is they don’t put decks together on weekends because they’re too busy apparently… There were only 3 other people in the store and 3 staff members walking around. Even when we asked if they could just press the bearings in one guy made out like it was too hard. Need to do better guys! Not everyone can take a day off work during the week to go shopping for a board and get it put together.

I placed an incorrect order at 10: 55pm I sent an email at 12: 53am from their online ticket process once I realised the order was incorrect, in the ticket I ask to have my order cancelled as it was incorrect, they did not reply to my request until 1: 34pm the next day stating that the order was already shipped, however I got shipping information at 12: 25pm, coincidence that they sent off the incorrect order then soon after reply to my request being unable to help, I think not. Unsure what store this has happened at so I am placing this review on multiple stores until this is sorted, then I will happily remove.

Made for skaters, by people who solely want to make money off of skaters. Horrible place. I've spent thousands there and it was an expensive lesson in why I shouldn't ever shop there or support their business any longer. The staff are great though, it's the owners, their policies and the way they expect their staff to treat customers that I give this rating.

Beatriz and Luke are amazing! They help me with my carver truck and fix it super fast. Thank you guys, I will be back for sure

Lost parcel and exuberant prices.very rude staff that really don't care about customer service they asked and expected me to pay again for shipping cost when I tried to exchange a product under the price paid after gettin stuffed around.stingy unprofessional.

I went to this place 3 times and all 3 times I came out quite disappointed. First I wanted to buy some skates, but they didn't have my size. That's fine. Then I wanted to buy a tool to take my hubs out. They didn't have one. Then I wanted to buy some spacers. They had one, but didn't want to sell it to me. They said it's for their use and they rather use them to help sell $400 skates than sell to me. Poor customer service. A skate shop should stock such important accessories.

Staff were not very well mannered and pushy. Ended up going to Kick Push and received better service and product

Staff had a poor attitude which changed tremendously when they realised we were going to buy something, but unfortunately when they asked to see my skates to match me to grind blocks they ended up selling me grind blocks that aren't compatible. I tried to use them of course, my wheels won't roll at all. They refused a refund. It would have been nice if their staff made it clear that their persoanlised advice on what product to buy may be incorrect, and that they will not refund based on staff advising of the wrong products.

Range and stock was awesome. Definitely a lot of help and didn't mind answering a heap of questions about longboards even though I said I wasn't buying one.

Fantastic staff, great variety. Had two wonderful staff Luke and Lee assist me. Their knowledge of skateboards and skates is outstanding. Can highly recommend this store. They also had a great range of clothing and accessories that my kids love. Latest fashion trends and shoes covering all sizes.

Had a great experience for a first purchase of a skateboard great help by the two guys inside today. Weren’t judgemental when I came back a bit later and had to Afterpay as well with a great recommendation for shoes to wear as well defs recommend the stop if you have the chance

Excellent service and product knowledge. I'm 24 and I've never ridden a skateboard in my life before and I wanted to learn. I approached the gentlemen at the counter asking what board do you recommend for an absolute beginner who's never ridden a skateboard before? He passed me onto a Globe Longboard and showed me a few other options, but suggested for an absolute beginner to start with the Longboard. It's been one week since I've purchased the board. I've fallen off, lost balance and got back up onto the board several times on the first day. Fast forward one week, I've skated across all of Broadwater Parklands and Surfers Paradise. Really appreciate the team at Skate Connection for pointing me in the right direction. Thank you very much.

Bad customer service from the store manager! I bought a new set up plus 2 shoes firstly bought a 9.0 deck and the guy clearly knew that the only grip tape that would fit was not that I bought. When I asked to see the hats he looked weird and did not reach for the hat. I just bought the set up there because I was trying to support local skateshops asked for the tools to put my board together they didn’t like that and also wouldn’t lend me the tools what a looser …. Not going there anymore neither my friends keep your scooter store for yourself should be denied trasher gear there is definitely a scooter store with skateboarding makeup.

Excellent service! We came in to replace the handle bars on a scooter and it was a bit of a tricky job, Jose was really knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you! We will be back.
