Excellent gym, all equipment is in great condition. Kat the owner is lovely and always willing to help with anything you need. Would highly recommend this gym for anyone from experienced to beginner.
Called for a business matter. The person answering the phone had zero phone manner and fobbed of the enquiry immediately. No professionalism
Excellent little 24 hour gym. The owners are so super friendly and emit such a fun and relaxed vibe. They do the little things right like remembering birthdays, consistent greetings and smiles. In regards to the equipment, the cable machines are smooth as are the machines. There's also plenty of free weights. Highly recommend you give this place a try.
Kat and Junior are great trainers and good people. The gym itself is filled with super friendly people. Its got all the equipment you need and all the space to do your workouts. It's not heavy on the pocket either. It's the best gym, my husband and I love it and thankful for what these guys do for us.

We went to SK Fitness today and met Kat to ask about PILATE CLASSES. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the fitness centre and the world class gym equipment. Kat was so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning Monday morning for our first session. Thank you, Kat.
I have been training at Kat Fit, now called SK Fitness, for the past 4 years. Not only have I now got fitness trainers, I have also made good friends with Kat and Junior. The crew are very supportive and we always have fun through the hard training. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit, make friends and have fun!
