New facilities and plenty of street parking available. Professor Igor and Coach Kim have created a very welcoming atmosphere to learn jujitsu. I really enjoyed the teaching style and class structure!

Brisbane has been lucky enough to have one of the world's top black belts open an academy right here. Brisbane has a growing Jiu-jitsu scene and Kim and Igor are bringing family friendly, world class Jiujtisu to both Adults and Kids, women and men of all ages and abilities.
My son Has been training with SJJA for 2 years now in Sydney and Brisbane and his classes are the highlight of his week. I'm so pleased for the discipline and structure it has given both myself and my son. Highly recommended.

Professor Igor at SJJA Bulimba has been an incredible coach and mentor in jiu jitsu and in life for our kids for many years here in Sydney. Not only has he guided them through many state, national and international competitions but he is the perfect mix of being a kind and gentle leader and mentor for them to respect and look up to. We miss him immensely and Brisbane is very lucky to have him. Without a doubt I highly recommend SJJA Bulimba.

Great BJJ gym. The coaches are excellent and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Very easy to understand and follow the teaching to learn great BJJ to both adults and kids. Would highly recommend training here.

Simply excellent. The coaches are amazing and are skilled at working with kids of all ages and experience. The location is great too. We consider ourselves very lucky to have discovered this place and our son who was a reluctant participant to begin with now loves attending which is 100% down to the environment Coach Kim and Coach Igor have created.

I went to the trial because I found out that Professor Igor was a top athlete and I was interested in having a class with him, and I loved it.the methodology is different from any gym I've been to.and he and coach Kim are very polite and friendly.

The gym is very clean and looks great.the coaches are very good and created a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this gym.
