Had Dermapen done today with Lilly. She looked after me very well and is amazing at what she does. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I started getting laser when my baby was 5 months I got a pack of 4 for $1500. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my last appointment the morning of because my baby was unwell. I got told by Samantha that I had to abide by the 24 hour cancellation policy and a text message immediately after saying that my treatment had been removed from the pack and an email of the receipt. Very dissatisfied with the service.

If I could give a million stars I would. From the friendly phone booking into the skilled, safe artistic hands of Leona, who explained the whole process, reassuring me of my decision to get my brows tattooed, to the relaxing and calm waiting area and right through to the professional welcoming staff at check in and out I cannot find a fault with anything.

I adore coming to see Jo; her knowledge & ability to clearly explain why my skin is the way it is is incredible, and she’s never steered me wrong on a product recommendation. As well as that, I love her energy & enjoy our opportunity to quickly catch up in appointments.

As an older, first time visitor to any sort of beauty clinic I was extremely nervous, however Katie and Jo were both so professional, lovely and friendly, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome and immediately put me at ease. Katie’s knowledge of skincare and laser treatments is exceptional and while prepping me for treatment she sensed my nervousness so was calm and gentle and took the time to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable. As did the lovely Jo who guided me through each step of my fractional face treatment as she went, and was so gentle and caring. Jo is highly skilled in this treatment and I felt I was in really good hands with her. I have now been three times and each time I am similarly warmly welcomed and treated more like a friend than a client. I highly recommend Simply Laser. Loving the results – thanks girls!

I had laser for pigmentation removal with Lilly and it was a fabulous experience. Lilly answered any questions I had, and she also didn’t force any products as well. A very professional service and I will be going back.

Leona is the Brow Queen! I always feel like a new woman after she has done my brows. She just gets it right every time. I love visiting the salon too - everyone is kind happy and helpful.

Katie is very informative and very knowledgeable about the product’s. She has a relaxed nature, and great customer service! I can’t wait for my next appointment with Katie. When Katie needed to rush off to her next appointment my payment was then processed by another staff (not sure of her name but I think American accent?) but she was also very lovely. Positive experience and my skin seems to love the products so far with no bad reactions.

I always love my time with Leona and team. Love their attention to detail, kindness, and that I always leave feeling incredible!

Love my brows. Shape and colour are perfect. I was asked questions to ensure she understood what I wanted. Rhiannon is lovely and easy to chat to. I will be back in 4 weeks xx

Lily is absolutely beautiful in person and in picture too.
I had a great experience with Lily. She understands what she is doing and provided a great service, knowledgeable and chat throughout. She made feel comfortable throughout my skin needling. Lily is probably an asset to Simply Laser because she has such a beautiful soul. The receptionist was great, friendly and helpful too. Thank you Lily ;) definitely recommend Simply Laser!

Leona was a true artist and I’m so happy with how the procedure went and the results. I had previously had my eyebrows micro bladed somewhere else and found my experience with Leona so much more superior. She took time, had great communication and I felt a lot more comfortable and less pain than I had experienced before. Would definitely recommend!

Leona, Simply Laser Brisbane, has been doing my brows for years, and does an excellent job of making my unruly brows look great. Recently she micro-bladed my brows - to fill in gaps and make them look more identical. Leona and her team are fantastic. Highly recommend. Thanks
